May carbon filter ba kayo? If yes, then the carbon filter should eliminate the water discoloration. Unless maliit ang filter nyo versus your water consumption.
    thanks, boybi.

Ang problem ko now is baka hindi umabot sa loob ng walk-in closet yung lamig ng aircon. Can I put a sort of transfer fan to suck in air from the bedroom and blow it into the walk-in closet through the ceiling?

Also, sa mga toilets naman, ang gagawin ng contractor is put new tiles over the old tiles. Ok lang ba ito?
Does anyone here know if effective ba maglagay ng ducting from bedroom to walk-in closet to cool the walk-in closet?

ganito na lang gawin mo boybi. ganyan din problema namin sa walking closet mainit, ganito ginawa ko, kung hinde pwede magbutas at maglagay ng window A/C sa closet bumili ka na lang portable a/c then ang yun exaust duct ng portable a/C eh yun na lang pagawa mo na palabas ng ceiling. meron na naman kasamang duct yun portable a/C pagawa mo lang yun dulo na nakafix na sa ceiling, lalamig pa ang closet and CR niyo. pag ebak ka at nainit pasok mo yun portable A/C sa CR...hehehe ganun ginagawa ko eh.

as for your tile to tile, I'm not sure about that. gawain ng tamad yan eh mukhang tinatamad contractor mo. do it right the first time, kailan ka pa ba ulit mag pa renovate? paalis mo lahat ng lumang tiles tutal nag renovate ka na eh para isang gawaan na lang.

Kagaling naman ng closet mo, naglalakad

Parang istorbo naman ang portable A/C.

I've searched the net, and medyo common ng ginagawa ang tile-over-tile. May ipapahid munang tile adhesive.
Floor to ceiling ang wall tiles.
If you want tile over tile and will use the adhesive, better get the bigblock tiles para less work.

To my inexperienced mind (because I have not seen or done this), parang may hindi tama...

Mukha namang okay sa palagay ko, bro.

Iyong sa barkada ko,- nilagyan na lang nila ng exhaust fan from one room to another. Tapos nag-electric fan na lang sila pareho.... Wala namang reklamo iyong anak nila sa kabilang kuwarto....

I'm really thinking hard if pabakbak ko ang old tiles or mag tile over tile ako. I need the renovation to be finished by my set deadline. Aalis kasi kami buong family by that time.
