anyone who can recommend a shop that customizes kitchen sinks?
ayoko na sana palitna yung counter top namin... pero wala akong makitang sink na same size sa lumang sink
Don't just replace the sink, redo the install, if you can. Go undermount like the 1st pic. Seals won't last. Or go integral w/ SS top...the ultimate vs. abuse... for those who lease out their units.
Look for custom SS fabricators(local to you) who cater to the food industry.

may drain tray kasi yung sink namin... so medyo malaki compared sa mga nasa market.
Silicon?

Anyway, as I said, looking for a solution to save the current countertop... sana may mag reply sa mga pinadalhan ko ng message.
Have you tried the usual Wilcon/CW Home Depot/MC Home Depot?

Use polyurethane, not silicone...& don't apply superficially after the sink & the top are joined. Undermount PU seals are applied generously between mating surfaces prior to top installs. Like sir Papi's below, you're best having nothing visible there, no gaps...or could be a case of poor seating or not quite level top alignment...common execution or material flaws.
Anyway, over-under conversions are still very doable. Just gotta find the right sink.
Good luck, sir. Apologies to have been of no help.Sent from my SM-G970F using Tapatalk
Sir Travs, actually there is a gap of about 1 mm, I didn't know it was supposed to be sealed, I guess the contractor skipped that to save some money, but then, maybe it's the gap that prevents mold formation since it somehow gets some aeration. Guess I'll check after a year.

Found 2 options na...
1. A Chinese Manufacturer gave me a link to a custom designed sink (with the dimensions I need) in Alibaba. They'll create the sink once I hit "buy" - sa dami kong email at text sa "local manufacturers" I find it disappointing na ni isang local manufacturer di sumagot.
2. Thanks to Facebook's targeted ads - I saw a sink na 10cm lang diff sa butas. will visit the shop this weekend.
speaking about sinks,
does anyone know where i can get the old-style porcelain-ed sinks of olde?
yung malapad dahil may landing strip on both left and right of the sink bowl...
nice, but...
'yokoh.
'too many sharp angles', and no proper drainage for the left and right landing strips.
it reminds me of the workplace sink. palaging basa yung kanan at kaliwa ng sink...
heh heh.
our northern hill porcelain sink is starting to rust at the edges, kasi...
highs.

Make sure to specify SS 304 grade, sir.
And if you want mould resistant sealants, go for neutral cure CO-POLYMER, not regular silicone. They're locally available.
Way before undermounts were available, been underlaying over-mount sinks like this very old 1 that has never yet to see any repair.🤞
There really leaves no reason to go over. Under is just better.![]()
