In an occupied area, wall paper will entail less moving/covering of furniture & vital items. For walls w/ permanently attached fixtures like shelves, it'll be a challenge to seal everything cleanly. Skill dependent.
Pre-seal your condo's perimeter wall surfaces prior to wall paper app. Though moisture introduced from the backside will harm both paint & wall paper, effects on the latter will show quicker.
Bottom line? Personal preference, good sir.

For my bedroom, I only have one side with cabinets, the other side naman with shelf and dresser. The rest are pretty bare walls.
Paint is cheaper and I'm not applying textures naman so it should be more cost effective than wallpaper?
It says online that the paint will have to be reapplied every few years while wallpaper is more permanent, but haven't really needed any of our walls repainted at home.
Yeah ok lang, it's just the bedroom anyway. The rest of my condo is light-colored.

We've been using wallpaper on our bedroom walls for as long as I could remember. If you don't want prints or texture, I would suggest paint instead.
I agree with travs that wallpaper application needs a skilled worker talaga. The last person who did our wallpaper wasn't good at all (wala na kasi yung dating installer) nag peal kaagad and it looks horrible. Also you need to buy high quality wallpaper din, otherwise hindi rin maganda lalabas and it costs so much more than paint. Hassle pa when you need to have the wallpaper removed, pag paint mas madali.
Ang pangit sa wallpaper, pag tagal nagiging visible yung lines, unless you plan to change wallpaper regularly, this was so badly done, dapat hindi umaangat yan no matter how old the wallpaper is
I want prints kasi kaya wallpaper talaga ako hehe

By looking at some pegs...can u come up with a rough cost per sqm for house construction? House will be on a slope that needs to be reinforced .

Costs are likely to regionally vary, sir. My exposure might be too provincial. Ideally, those to sit on slopes should have the substructure cost separate from the super. I have seen some of the former be about the latter's rough phase.

Ahhh...those...they've no ceiling. Like mentioned above, some have foundations, stilts & retaining structures nearing the value of those they carry above.
Cost is a function of whims, needs, terrain, location, size, design, system, methodology, material choice, etc. Those factors are all open to bend except safety & quality(esp the vital utilities). It's kinda baffling knowing conventional concrete construction isn't the most efficient & ideal option here anymore, yet has remained THE preferred....& it doesn't help that standards have not evolved much over decades while labor & aggregate costs for such have skyrocketed.
