    Sir OZ, yun bang 10k/sqm kasama na finishings
    or structural lang? And what year po ninyo to pinagawa?
    Kasi ngayon sobra na mahal materiales lalo na semento
    at steel bars. Ganda ng bahay nyo may roofdeck pa.

    yes kasama finishing(excluded ang electrical) uncle ko kasi yung electrical engineer kaya medyo naka-discount ako hehehehe..pero syempre may mga additionals na...natapos ito completely last march 2006..

    usually masmaganda talaga gypsum board kaysa sa plywood... depende sa masilya kung maghihiwalay or may markings...

    magkano po ang asphalt shingles ngayon? per sqm ba ito? pwede din ba palagay muna galvanized sheet and gutter tapos sa ibabaw shingles? kasi may restriction dun sa lugar na pinaplano ko ...

    pahabol po, do you also do termite protection? or may contact kayo good service provider? mga magkano kaya?

    hey, sorry di pa ako nakakareply sa email...

    yup meron... email ko nalang yun number... per sqm ang kwenta... kahit marine plywood na lang yun sa ilalim masmura yun... yun gutter depende na sa iyo... kung mapuno yun lugar or may puno na katabi wag ka na maglagay ng gutter...

    Nandito ako sa Kuwait dahil kapag summer june to august dito ang average temperature +50 degree centigrade kung minsan aabot ng +55 kaya gamit sa construction ang styro foam para maging heat insulation double wall kasi gawa nila in between ng wall naglalagay ng styro foam.

    I opted to use ceramic tiles sa wall facing west... based on theory na conrete gives off heat, while ceramic absorbs heat (as seen from bakery)..then tinted the windows..

    sa province yon na project, here di ko magawa, madami adjustments hence more costs

    nakausap nami yung archi/contractor last saturday. sinabi ko yung requirement na gusto ko sa bahay and he'll be showing samples plans within a week or two..

    bibili nga ako ng telescope.. ..architect/contractor din yung sa amin..ang engineer lang yung electrician....pero iba talaga pag engineer..makikita mo difference from an architect
