Meron nga pala kami mga kakilala na carpenters sa province who build houses there. Issue namin kasi baka di nila alam rules dito as well as the drainage system etc..

kaya yan. but your house would look like a temporary facility / bunkhouse - but with a creative architect, anything is possible. I actually love minimalistic (or industrial) themed dwelling. (example below - i dont own the picture)

P5000 for materials and P4000 for labor to prepare and paint one wall in a 25 square meter long area? What is done ba sa paint preparation?

Hindi ako makaintindi ng 2d layout

length and height of wall? also, what kind of paint finish would you want (rough or as-is from plastering or very smooth)

Height probably 9 ft. Yung length is the length of a 25 sq meter area, one wall na pahaba. They will use 2 coats. Rough finishing.

ano po ba ang pipinturahan? wood or concrete?

    basic steps:
    1 - cleaning
    2 - sanding
    3 - plastering
4 - "lason" (neutralizer for concrete)
    5 - primer application (1st - nth coating)
    6 - finishing
7 - cleaning (tapos na... yehey!!!)

some of the steps are required to be repeated in order to achieve the desired "finish".

for most "small" painting jobs, material cost = labor cost.
kadalasan kasi, kahit sa owner na lahat ng gastos sa materials tapos
bayaran niya na lang 'yung taong gagawa (arawan), halos pareho lang talaga. HTH

5k for painting materials is just about right for a wall 9ft (3m) high covering a 25 sqm area. Assuming the 25sqm (5m x 5m) area is covered on ALL 4 SIDES by a 3m high wall. You might need minimum 2 Gallons flat latex for primer coat and minimum 4 Gal of semigloss latex (2 coats) for the final coat. Plus minimum 2 gallons of concrete neutralizer to prepare your surface since its only "roughed" finish, plus misc items. Labor cost, 4k? dont know, i can haggle for 2k siguro if rough finish. I'm no expert though. Hope this helps.
