Bro, a contractor's cost for building a modest bungalow will probably be at around 15k/sqm, pag modest bro, vinyl floors, small tiled kitchen counter, and modest T&B fittings. So ung 250k will be good for 16 sqm only. Dati kasi, ang price ng standard finish ay 20k/sqm.

Kung di mo alam diskarte bro, baka ganun ka rin abutin, pagod ka pa. Kasi ako I thought kaya ko, so I did, pero inabot din ako ng 24k/sqm, although 4k of that went to architectural upgrades. So kung standard finish nasa 20k lang ako, but a contractor can do it for 15k or less siguro.

Nagpakabit din ako neutral wire bro. Yung lighting kasi sa kitchen and living room ko is custom, so no neutral wire. Yung sa kwarto, gumana yung smart switch when I connected the ground dun sa slot ng neutral wire.
2 na 3-way switch tapos isang 1-way switch sa room yung gamit ko. Yan mismo, bought from Hatsy.

IMO, if budget is small, start modest. Better than renting the place you stay...
In our case, about 80sqm of house including one covered parking space in a 216sqm lot... Moved out of my parents' place in less than 2 months, just before the honeymoon fever wore thin....Last edited by CVT; October 25th, 2020 at 10:51 AM.
