and comfort room lagi nasa kanto.

I control it either via the Smart Life app or Google Home. Voice activated din siya. I also have voice commands for certain tasks (i.e. eating time so dining lights turn on, or cooking time for kitchen lights).

I combined it with smart IR remote so my aircons are also connected, and then I have a few other smart devices (TVs, vacuum, air purifier).

Yung mechanical switches ba, mag toggle mag isa if on and off? or same position lang sya either on or off?

Also, pano kaya kapag naka 3-way switch?

Pag smart switch siya, hindi na siya mechanical toggle. Soft-touch button nalang siya.

Yung 3-way switch ko pinadisconnect ko na kasi smart switch naman so voice-activated nalang. But if you want to keep it may nabibiling smart switch for 3-way switches.

Hehe no idea on the actual lifespan. Brochure says a couple of decades if exposed to sunlight, double or more if indirect sun. Definitely not practical. Have to pay for electricity as well. Just had to get that in there 🙂

Enameled Cast Iron Farmhouse Sinks? Kohler still offers them. A lot now are either in FireClay or Stainless.

I have been watching HGTV's home renovation shows in my location and getting a lot of ideas there. I think meron din yata sa cable tv dyan. Those farmhouse sinks are quite popular there.

those that travs posted are the modern-type designs. i haven't warmed up to them yet.

    ours is vintage.
nung unang panahon kasi, most would use a metal-backed porcelain sink.
what i am looking for is similar to the current stainless designs, only covered by porcelain. there is a central sink, with a corrugated landing field to both left and right.

    May I add this....

An Architect's Home | House Tour Part II - YouTube

This house is, in my opinion, way better than those celebrity houses.

If its on a slope and the lot is sizeable, you could actually cheat and make it look like you have a basement carport. Same with the pool with a view, its easier to build “walls” than dig into the land.

I know the owner of that house went on a couple of car runs with him and his beautiful cars. that house is in ayala heights. Aside from the cars1, the paintings in that house cost more than my lots combined.

One of the lots in the property (its composed of 3 adjacent lots) I intend to build on was originally owned by that same architect. When i bought it...it came with the complete house design plans he personally wanted to build for himself.

He ended up designing my good ftiend's house here (i posted it na yata before).
