But give me a figure hehehe. Lolz! Need to know if my current savings is enough to even start so i dont waste money on architect fees....


I have this general look in mind (modern, open plan, wood, floor to ceiling glass, high ceiling, infinity pool) . big walk in closets for all rooms.

The property is on a slope. About 2,000 sqm lot. It starts from the road and goes down.

Probably no choice but to make it 3 floors (i want 2 floors lang but because of the slope , easier and cheaper sturcturally if 3). But i end up with extra space that i dont need nor want to maintain.

House total floor size? Im guessing 900 sqm max! Dont want any bigger. But am thinking of flipping it if the price is right so not too small either. Politicians wamt big houses. Hehehe.

This is gonna be built on personal property of mine that i accumulated slowly. Was gonna be my dream house...but hey if i can sell it for mega profit...then why the hell not.

Ground level looking up to the roadside to see the steep slope. Can see part of a house on top that is across the road .

General peg (just for the look but i need a roof) though it will have more wood and more open spaces and less walls.


Absolutely do NOT want a generic Presello house. They are all the same. Big or small. Vice Ganda's house is actually extremely well done but too big. Did u see the utility kitchen? Pang ocean liner hehehe.

And i dont like walls. I want open spaces and less "rooms. " Will maximize the view and want every meaningful area to have a view and let the outdoors in.
