Yes Sir Max, the design was back to back for all chords and webs, am I correct to say that you were thinking back to back for bottom chord only and single bars for top chord and webbings. Sorry, I'm just clarifying sir. I thought the interpretation of 2 lengths is back to back.

Wow, may steel plate pala ito, I thought it was simply full weld directly on all contact points. This type of connection was conveyed to me by another contractor, as he said, nasusunog daw Ang bars pag direct.

For small spans like yours, you may do this..
Some use cut I-beams or wide flanges for the T section of the top & bottom chords. You may wanna check availability & costs, sir. Also, scissors, designed well, remove the horizontal stress vectors & will have lesser tendency to deflect/sag..thus, may do w/ reduced sections.

That looks like a T bar Sir, could be a faster alternative for the chords if they have the equivalent size of two angle bars joined

Or an I-beam/wide flange section cut along the middle to get 2 Ts.[emoji4]

Here's my truss details, that RT-5 is supposed to join the trusses together, is that necessary given the trusses are secured by purlins? Or maybe not that whole detail but just a long angle bar running end to end to hold them together?

Your design indicate 2L x 2.5x2.5x 6mm same as travs detail. You just follow your design and since you downgrade your angle bar size better look for standard thickness.

Be functional. Dapat may purpose yung gagawin wag puro mata.

What's the best kind of tile na pwede ilagay sa T&B?

meron pa other purpose yan kasi pag naliligo you can scrub your foot ang linis pink na pink ilalim paa.

Well there are different kinds of tiles. The polished glossy finish (which are usually used for walls), the matt finish & the textured finish.

You could just use the matt finish for the floor. The textured ones would ofcourse have more grip than the matt one, but would need more effort to be cleaned.

Sa vinyl kasi hinid makalinis ng paa. Maganda pa din bato tapos may gaspang na nakaumbok,.
