Custom carpentry is a division we handle w/ much passion & care, but with utilities, we're more advocates of function than form. Below are a coupla samplings of non-show prep kitchens(pardon our poorly shot work progress pics). 'HELP-proof'. No rot nor rust worries. No pests nor mold problems. Pure function. Uber practical. Close to zero maintenance....And, yes, admittedly.... just sadly fugly.[emoji16]

Those are nice prep/auxiliary kitchens that are utilitarian. Are these stainless steel? When a client asks why the kitchen is metal, we cite that restaurant kitchens are almost always stainless steel.
