I don't drink, and at most, just 1 bottle of beer (San Mig Light), heavily diluted pa with ice cubes. I'm considered a killjoy pa nga kasi even if I don't drink, I consume a lot of pulutan, ehehehe

Minsan mas ok pa nga nakainom ng konti mga 1-2 bottles kasi habang nagdridrive you are aware na may alcohol ka sa katawan kaya mas maingat ka. Siyempre mas maganda pa din yung wala talaga. Mas mahirap pa nga magdrive pag antok na antok ka na.

Kung nakabangga and somebody was killed, tama si Bogeyman, the appropriate case is Reckless imprudence resulting to Homicide.

Murder is present only during the ff: instances: premediation, in return for a reward, and use of superior force/treachery.

Manslaughter is a term used only in the US/Canada. Too much of watching LA Law & Law & Order can do that to anybody

risk taker here.even up to the point na sumuka ako ako pa rin ang "designated driver" dahil ayoko ipamaneho sa iba oto ko hehehe. ewan ko ba.."bonded" na ata ako sa oto ko. di pa naman ako nababangga.

as i mentioned i am not versed in the law hence the question. also apologies for the terminology as i have recently arrived to the country and have only been here two years this time around after being out for a while. so given the story about the hit and run what does that fall under?

in your esteemed opinion and considering it happened here in the RP? (note didnt say PI there)
