Ganyan din yung nangyari sa amin. Nung kinabitan ng linya ng Manila Water yung subdivision namin, sobrang lakas ng water pressure. It overpowered and leaked through the underground PVC pipes that they installed, and subsequently all the residents got a rather high billing on the first month's statement. Naging P3,000+ yung sa amin; we had neighbors na umabot sa P8,000+ yung billing.

Eventually everyone had the pipes replaced with steel, ngayon ok na.
