table top fountain revival ang iniisip ko ngayon. hehe meron kasi nakatengga lang sa bahay. sa terrace lang nakalagay dati kaya hindi na ginamit kasi nagspatter ng water sa table kaya nakaka-inis lang. ilalagay ko sa gitna ng garden kasi plano ko mini solar submersible water pump ang ikabit doon sa fountain. may nakagawa na ba nito dito?

iyong solar powered pump kasi na nakita ko sa shopee hindi naka-kabit sa fountain. nasa parang wide mouth ceramic bowl siya

ang alam ko na nakakabit sa table top fountain na iyon dati iyong mini subermersible water pump na de-kuryente. hindi ko lang alam kung ilang watts siya.

finally installed the solar submersible water pump to the old table top fountain.

i had to scrounge around old discarded auto parts sa bahay to mate the hoses of the fountain and the pump. buti na lang na-itago ko iyong lumang pcv hose/ tube
nung fd2 ko.

Pwede na din iyong solar pump. Pero very dependent sa strength ng sunshine since wala siyang capacitor/ battery. Pero baka mas malakas ang spurt ng tubig kung gamit ko iyong oem nozzles niya. As it is, inadapt ko lang siya sa tubing nung mini fountain.

Pero at least may saysay na uli iyong table top fountain. Hindi naman siya out-of-place sa mga halaman ko sa garden.

iyong mga lemon trees in a (big) pot na tinanim ko when the pandemic began malalaki na (going on 4 years na din by march). ang problema hindi pa din namumulaklak. excited pa naman ako para sa mga bunga niya if ever.

i wonder if it's because those seeds i planted were from grocery bought lemons. or it's because i trim them from time-to-time?

on the other hand, hindi ko pa nilalalgyan ng mga pataba ever since. puro tubig lang ako. but i thought the water from the aquariums i cleaned is enough to "fatten" them up since they're pretty filled w/ fish poo and discarded floating plants.

Ito Siya. Bale iyan iyong pinakamalaki sa 5 nabuhay na tinanim ko.

Hindi ko na binalatan iyong seeds niya nung plant ko. Rekta ko na agad pero sa Isang plantbox muna bago ko replant sa mga respective containers nila.

Wow, ayos ah. Medyo natuto na rin ako ng patience sa planting, like ung pine tree at cypress namin na in 2 years malago na. May pencil pine din kami pero it's less than a year old pa lang. Another year maganda na rin siguro ito.

Iirc, citrus needs full sun. Also, 5yrs to fruit yung grafted. Kung from seed, doble ata. It might take a few more years for your tree to fruit..

it looks like in need of fertilizer. try re-cultivating the soil sa pot and apply organic o synthetic na pataba. it may take longer bago mamunga if itinanim from seed. i have lemons pero bought them as seedlings na and i think 3yrs nung nagstart sila bumunga.

Iirc, citrus needs full sun. Also, 5yrs to fruit yung grafted. Kung from seed, doble ata. It might take a few more years for your tree to fruit..

Oo, medyo madali alagaan sili. Along with talong and okra. Maselan for me ang kamatis. Medyo nahihirapan din ako pabungahin...attractive pa sa birds once nagsimula magripen.

well, yung mga kalamansi ko sa farm at ibang fruit bearing trees, they get fertilized kung umpisa na ng tag-ulan and bago summer months. most of the time, mga nakolektang (ipot ng manok sa farm din) na na-compost ang ginagamit. minsan mga synthetic na pataba ang ginagamit, mixed 50:50 na complete (14-14-14) at ammonium sulphate (21-0-0). yan din kasi ang ginagamit sa palay (at 46-0-0) kaya kumukuha na lang[emoji28]

in your case at nasa pot yung lemon tree mo, try magtanong sa mga garden o orchards. may mga organic fertilizer sila at loose garden soil. you can mix the organic fert sa garden soil (yung buhaghag) then remove half ng soil na nasa pot at replace ng organic fert/garden soil mix. be carfeful na hindi masaktan yung ugat kapag nire-cultivate. water your plant as necessary.

you can check sa shopee din, may mga benta na fertilizer per kilo sa plants both in granule at liquid form. a small lemon tree like that nga 2-3 tablespoon kada puno ay enough na. apply mga 1 dangkal away sa puno, ihukay yung fertilizer sa lalim na enough ma-cover ng lupa yung fertilizer then diligan.
