only in my choice of my profession's equipment, am i "branded".
    Of course! [emoji23]

Why can't everyone think like you? Very practical!

Oh i just remembered. Slight OT though.

I noticed too sa other countries esp sa europe, most people don't care about their cars? I mean ang daming gasgas, daming bangga, and marumi!

Unlike dito, panay carwash and wax may kasama pang detailing. What do you guys think?

Is it a cultural thing? Or do europeans just couldn't care less about their appearance? - this i doubt kasi they are very fashionable.

For example, I have plain shirts with no branding on them (3 for 1000 in Giordano lol) but I like wearing my RL shirts more. The RL shirts cost multiple times more than the plain shirts but I think it's worth it paying for the contrasting horse logo - it just makes a plain shirt look much nicer for me.

Anong problema dun? Pera ko naman yun. [emoji16]

Those RL tees do feel nice i have to admit. But do you think the gios, pag nilagyan ng RL logo, would pass as a legit RL based on the feel and quality of the product?

some folks see cars as tools. others see cars as symbols of status.

you're probably just loyal. maybe coz levis fits you well, etc

the brand-conscious are all about the brand and wouldn't want to be seen with another brand (even if that other brand actually had higher quality). probably coz they fell too much for the brand's marketing tricks
Ah yeah. So i'm not definitely brand conscious. I'm just brand loyal then. [emoji4]

What if you buy different brands? Regardless how high-end or low-end siya just for the sake of trying.

For example, i buy uniqlo, tommy, RL, farah, givenchy, versace?

Because cars aren't a big thing for them. Everyone can have one - most do, others choose not to but have the means anyway.

Here, it's still a sign of achievement. So people tend to have more pride with their cars, kahit pa Wigo yan.

    Another valid point!

Personally, i used to love my car in an OC level. As in alam ko ilan at saan ang mga gasgas at dents niyan. I also wax it every month.

But now i see it more of a tool rather than a status symbol. Sure, malakas dating pag naka kotse ka esp pag bababa ka sa matataong lugar pero it's meant to be magasgasan and ma bengkong. So i don't fuss about it that much na.

Maturity comes with age nga talaga. [emoji4]

P.s. i still wash and wax my car. And i still love it. Just not the OC kind lang.

They feel different but both are good shirts. I like the Giordano plain shirts more than Uniqlo plain shirts since the latter loses color and feels flimsy after a while. The RL is nice in the sense that it's manipis but durable and doesn't feel hot to wear. However, they tend to have annoying collars - hard to describe, basta parang ayaw magflatten nung roundneck collar.

To be honest you're only really paying for the brand name for the RL. I have no qualms with that. Mas maganda tingnan eh. [emoji16]

HAHA yes. Those annoying RL roundnecks. Put it in the dryer or spinner.

If sawa ka na sa RL, maybe you should try J.crew naman. No annoying collars. [emoji4]
