Ako naman I heard ePerformax offers higher & that they're going to open daw another branch sa Cebu. Why don't you send your application to both of them so you can check the waters personally

just watched something sa news... they need like around 150k csr/tech support in the philippines for this year.
i bet many companies are willing to give fair salary.
but to answer your question..its etel...but why dont you try dell and hsbc as well. they pay more
i dont want to be biased since i have been with etel for 4 years, but a lot of people will still say its etelecare. but then like what av8or said, Dell & HSBC pay more

etelecare for me... ive worked before sa etelecare (thanks CG) hehehe maayos naman dun pero nawala na kasi yung biggest account nila dati yung dell (consumer account).. yun ang pinaka magandang account for me being a technical support.
kaya ngayon eto nasa dell na ko... and yes tama rin sila cg and av8or.. dell pays more.. but it depends on how you bargain. (depende pa rin sa capabilities ans experiences mo.. )

meron din etelecare sa cebu eh.. if she is here in manila and wanted to be transferred to etelecare cebu possible yun AFAIK may ibang package pa na ibibigay aside from the regular..
may transfer allowance, i mean is may aloocated allowance sila for lodging AFAIK.. medyo matagal tagal na rin kasi ako wala sa etel ehh...
Relocation allowance is a one time assistance that etel will give. Also, transfer of a TL depends on the business need, performance of employee and the requirement of the the Cebu program for the you to be replaced.
Etel or eperformaxx ? Both are good but it really depends on how you find satisfaction and how you handle your career.

Actually we're here in cebu and my wife is also with etel cebu. She just wondered if eperformax is better. Bago pa lang kasi sila dito or they haven't even started their operation yet so we have really no idea about the company. Though she's happy with etel but no comapny is really perfect as they say.
BTW, my wife is with vonage technical account.
considering the fact that eperformax is just been starting their operations here in cebu, for me i'd stick to that idea. being the first is better than being the best. if i were "june" hehe i'd might consider pursuing some career in eperformax

bitoy, pahabol lang... kung may chance maging TL yung wife mo sa eperformax, i'd say go for it. especially if she doesn't see any promotions to that level with etel (cebu) in the near future. sa CC industry, mas magandang maka apak ka agad sa management position para mas mabilis umangat (although mas enjoy talaga pag agent level ka). my two cents :twocents:

I think she should try to apply as TL for Eperformax. You'll never really know who really pays better unless you try, that way you won't dwell on "what ifs." And more importantly because you have a family whose future is important for you guys, plus this is a possible chance for advancement in your wife's career. Opportunities come very infrequently in life, so when they come, it's either you grab it or it goes away and you won't know when another one will arrive. Besides, if Eperformax has yet to open their branch there and let's say your wife gets accepted as a TL, not only will her tenure be valued by the company being one of the pioneers in Cebu, but equally important is that she'll have the chance to create the culture that she wants in the workplace.
Sorry for sounding too serious, guys. But then again, any career move, especially if it involves advancement and jumping to another ship, is a very serious decision. More so if you have a family whose aspirations depend on you guys being the breadwinners.
In retrospect, on my opinion your wife should send her application to Eperformax as a TL. Her experience in Etelecare will enable her to demand the salary she wants. For all you know this might be her big break.
But then again, you'll never know unless you try. So give it a shot.
