I think she should try to apply as TL for Eperformax. You'll never really know who really pays better unless you try, that way you won't dwell on "what ifs." And more importantly because you have a family whose future is important for you guys, plus this is a possible chance for advancement in your wife's career. Opportunities come very infrequently in life, so when they come, it's either you grab it or it goes away and you won't know when another one will arrive. Besides, if Eperformax has yet to open their branch there and let's say your wife gets accepted as a TL, not only will her tenure be valued by the company being one of the pioneers in Cebu, but equally important is that she'll have the chance to create the culture that she wants in the workplace.
Sorry for sounding too serious, guys. But then again, any career move, especially if it involves advancement and jumping to another ship, is a very serious decision. More so if you have a family whose aspirations depend on you guys being the breadwinners.
In retrospect, on my opinion your wife should send her application to Eperformax as a TL. Her experience in Etelecare will enable her to demand the salary she wants. For all you know this might be her big break.
But then again, you'll never know unless you try. So give it a shot.
