dapat talaga bayaran ng 150%(current market value ) kasi naginterest na investment tapos yung stress pa mapapalipat bahay.
Ilan floors lang bumigay agad. Sikat pa developer yan ah.
Example
preselling nabili mo 900thou. Tapos after 8years eh 2.5milyones na. So sa current dapat ang kwentahan.

DMCI Homes will be the one paying Ecoland victims? I thought Ecoland was not "connected" to DMCI? Hehheh.
