Depends on the company bro. 3 out of the last 4 companies I've worked with, big majority pa rin are from the top 3 schools. In all 4, the top management almost exclusively comes from the top 3.

If anything, my current company which is most notorious for not even entertaining resumes of non-top universities started hiring a few grads from less renowned universities. Thing is, these grads are also TOSP awardees so it's still not a free-for-all thing.

Nandun pa rin yung mga job fairs and may mga nahihire pa rin before they even graduate.

A good education really helps you start off at a higher rung in the corporate ladder. However, if you are driven, competent, and have a good attitude, you will most likely climb faster than others, regardless of where you graduated from.
