Actually the problem with hiring someone from a top university is that they have no intentions of climbing up the corporate ladder. They're more likely to take their first job for experience and leave after a few years before building their own start up or joining the family business.
They wont have any real ambition for a promotion in their job. They would work but they simply wont do the extra mile since they don't need it. No way in hell would they go to work on weekends since they dont need the promotion or the overtime pay.
