If most of the top management, let say, came from UP, they will prefer to get graduates from UP. That applies to Ateneo or DLSU also. Kasi beyond work, yung rapport yung importante.

Like it is safe to generalize, many from UP have the same wavelength. Nagkakaintindihan kung baga. Mga taga Ateneo halos iisa rin ang training or way of thinking. DLSU same. Kasi it's the university that molds you.

But of course merong mga outliers.

Depends on the organization. In my old company, of a team of 30, we had the ff:

DLSU - 7
AdMU - 7
USC - 4
UPD - 3
UPLB - 2
UST - 2
UA&P - 2
Others - 3

Pretty diverse if you ask me. Even if the CEO and GM were from DLSU, they picked guys based on competence and not school affiliation.
