On the other hand, a top 4 university is likely to have a much higher passing rate than others. When my dad hires, he prefers up or ust grads.

Another thing, if a kid comes from a ahs, xavier, dlgh, dlsz, poveda, etc. He/she has a higher chance if getting in a top university.
