Different with me, told our hr to give equal chances whatever school they came from. Except kung glaring talaga na puro pasang awa yun transcript.

My point if you only based it what schools they came from kawawa naman yun mga hinde naka afford na maka enroll doon sa top schools.

And I don't care kung galing na DLSU, ateneo, UP or UST. Youre still an applicant. Walang difference sa mga galing sa hinde kilala ng schools.

And I noticed na applicant that came from top 3 schools. Parang utang na loob mo pa na nag apply sila sa company niyo.

But to go back to the original question. Yes! School where you came from matters
