I don’t think you can change your country na in PayPal. Years ago pwede pa. Dati, my wife was still able to assign my aunt’s US address as an alternative address. When I decided to get my own PayPal account maybe a year after, yun ayaw na rin mag select ng US, Philippines lang.

I feel like crying!!! There are items I want online and the site does not accept US based cards. None of my Aunts do online shopping so I can't ask any of them to buy it for me. I am hiya naman to ask for their credit card details. My Mom does not even want to give me hers e. LOL!

I wonder if I can apply for a US credit card even if I don't have a job and I am not based in the US

You need a US SSS number to apply for a US credit card.

Ebay ba yan? Ebay will ship to your registered address. Not the paypal address.

Same as what dreamur said, you need a valid US SSN plus a credit history.

Check with the seller if they will ship to the registered address. Ebay disregards the paypal address, they ship to your registered address.
