Dunno what their official policy is, but in my experience, no.

Sometimes some of the coaches' A/C don't work properly, so you're in an ironic hell where it's very hot and humid inside while it's pouring outside. i wouldn't blame him/her if somebody engaged the emergency exit and walked.

Unless they'll start putting height class in basketball, we better off in other sports where height will never be an advantage.

Like this weightlifting, I think it's all in the technique and style which can be thought while strength can be developed and I noticed most are midgets probably shorter arms and legs have shorter distance to pick up the weights.

Yes, that where the concept came from, the idea that lifting weights will make you stun your growth if you start young, the shorter the arms, the better for lifting coz of the travel of the bar is less. On deadlift its shorter legs naman

magconcentrate na lang mga pinoys sa sports na di requirement yung height like billiards, archery, boxing, bowling, yung rowing pwede rin.

Not downplaying Diaz' achievement...i find the weightlifting even very stressful. Parang any time pwede pumutok yung thigh, tumiklop yung elbow, etc.

There was this guy who deadlifted 500kg recently. Nagawa naman niya, but afterwards his chest and arm turned purple.

congrats to diaz. hirap kaya magtyaga sa pag-bubuhat. ang hirap mag motivate sa sarili pag ganyan ang sport especially kung hindi naman for the sake ng pagpapalaki lang ng maskels ang habol

^ i read about it on twitter. i was suprised De Lima didn't tear him a new one. Pinangaralan pa niya, dapat daw pag isipan mabuti kung bakit ayaw natin sa death penalty.
