    i like the glassware.
it reminds me of grandma's preserves.

her cupboard was full of these preserved fruit.
but when she got to the second row... empty!
apparently, my cousins were raiding the stuff...

many modern cars have bumpers designed to "give", for safety issues, i believe.
i figure, several bumper replacements is still cheaper than one pedestrian's fractured leg bone.

I see for safety pala yun for pedestrians.. Pero nakaka-amaze naman na sobrang nayupi yung kotse vs. sa gulong ng bike..

magandang yabangan nila yan sa inuman (kung umiinom si kuya na nagba-bike) hehehe [emoji28]

and also for the car passengers.
"controlled crush-ability" of the bumper and the rest of the car body. absorb the shock and lessen personal injury.
    that's just thin rubber-plastic, po.
many bumpers nowadays, are made of material designed to "give".
some of them, go back to their original shape, afterward.
others need a little "coaxing" to get back to shape.
    still others, need replacement.

Problem I see is that during the first stint of Mayor Erap, he did those things as well. Parang ningas-kugon nangyayari kasi eh. Later on kelangan na pera or maybe support kay mag-give -in din. Sana nga hindi ganun si Mayor Isko.

Sinabi na niya sa ANC pag bumalik lahat yan huwag na mag taka, ibig sabihin nag accept na siya ng lagay.

So he's putting himself on the line.

    Yes bro.

He's publicly challenging himself to consistently perform and at the same time subtly criticizing/ ribbing the previous administrations for being ningas cogon (and accepting bribes to look the other way)....
