Reminds me of a friend bai who always pronounced P as an F and who was a packaging engineer in the company. We had to suppress our laughter each time he presents new kaizen proposals to improve the fackaging dimensions and streamline the facking process!

LTO suspended the implementation of those requirements last month. no news that it was reinstated.

Yes, LTO was forced to cancel the NBI and Police clearance requirement for the Professional License application a few weeks ago when their agency budget was being discussed. Probably wouldn't be reinstated anytime soon. AFAIK though, this has never been a requirement for the non-pro

But that doesn't make him any less brilliant. ME grad, MBA from AIM. He also runs Albay very well. I was right in the middle of Typhoon Glenda last year, not a single casualty despite the tumultuous storm. Same thing with Nona this year.

Ano ginawa mo at hindi ka makakuha ng NBI at police clearance?

I renewed this year, no other requirements save for the pseudo medical exam at the Makati LTO (again).
