I checked CDR-King's website for their new items and I was kinda surprised they have much more to offer these days.

Aside from the typical computer accessories like flash drives, CDs, DVDs, speakers, mouse, keyboards, etc, you can now find stuff like:

    -metal filing drawers
-LCD TVs (3 sizes from 22 inch to 32 inch)
    -foam pillows
    -office chairs
    -computer tables
    -bundy clock time recorder
-Safe / Vaults (would you trust your security with CDR-KING??)
-money counting machines (like the ones in the bank)
    -ballpens (at P2.00 each!!)

Shocking to think you can now have a full office filled with CDR-KING stuff from the furniture, applicances and computers stuff.

that's exactly what their goal is

you buy all your office supplies from them

di ka na pupunta sa ibang tindahan

    meron sila lahat

that's one local company i really admire

    from selling only blank CDs...

    their growth is phenomenal

would want to monitor DTI arbitration cases though.. regarding their warranties, etc...

it's not bad per se... they give consumers the orientation naman na 1 week warranty lang, etc. etc...

it's just that the country's laws are not really in sync with the times....

but still... it'll be good to know how these cases are proceeding... i hope cdr king wins their cases....

i don't know if they do this by design o hindi lang nila napapansin.... they make their customers wait in line... that's fine... but the sales ladies they have serve 1 at a time... that's fine din... but they do manual writing on the invoices (thus making the customers wait longer than they have to).... then have to copy the details of the invoices into another sheet (which I think would make up their daily sales report) which again makes their customers wait longer than they have to....

sabi ko nga.. maaaring sinasadya talaga nila.. tutal people flock to their stores because of their prices... perhaps they don't want the hassles of accrediting POS systems with the BIR.... or the benefits of a computerized inventory that comes with using POS systems... i really don't know...

I just bought a computer table from them last week. Costs only P1,080. The kind w/c costs about 2k from other stores.

they may be trying to be the local Best Buy.
still, with their warranties, i don't buy or recommend stuff from them.

ok lang ang short warranty period

    mura eh

    sugal yan

pag tumagal ang nabili mo sa kanila, it's good value

kung talaga defective ang nabili mo, less than 1 week lalabas ang sira

ok lang din yung invoicing nila

parang mga auto supply sa banawe

    i don't see why it's a problem for customers

you wanna buy from them, be patient

if you can't stand waiting, go somewhere else

with their prices, they're not afraid if you'll go somewhere else

you'll end up going back to them parin

    Sir GH.....free plugging yan ah!

Nakabili rin ako ng isang item dyan sa CDR King SM Molino. Yung router namin, kaya yung buong bahay, may Wi-Fi access........

Mas mura kaysa dun sa mga leading brands. Gumagana pa naman.

If CD-R King is serious about being an overall one-stop shop kind of store, they better improve their services first.

C'mon, their current setup where you have to wait in line and sometimes almost have to beg a saleslady to give you her attention and then have to wait a little more for her to write all the items you're buying is really getting primitive.

They should do a regular retail store setup where you can just pick up items by hand and bring it to the cashier yourself. It's a waste of time especially if you have to wait in line just to have a look an item just because it's only the salesladies who can hand it over to you.

It's lame that they use this kind of setup as their excuse to lower operation costs. The current setup was fine especially way back in early 2000 when they only sold CD-Rs, but not today when they almost have hundreds of products already!

Sorry for the rant! :D I do like most of the CD-R King products though, I just really hate how they conduct their sales.

1 cashier, 1 sa testing area at 2 to serve the customers. ang pila about 30 people... never mind
