Chobit
Chobits is about a young man, Hideki Motosuwa, 18, who has failed his college entrance exams and moves to the city to study at a cram school. (In Japan, cram schools are used to teach students what they need to know to get into colleges. I don't know first-hand but I have heard that it is very difficult to get into a good college in Japan, and high schools are primarily viewed as more of an activity then being taken serious.) Hideki goes to the city and finds something that he has never seen before. He sees for the first time an aritificial intelligent machine called persocoms. These personal computers are extremely smart, far surpassing anything on the market today. They look, act, and do everything like humans. The distinct feature that persocoms show are unique machine like ears. Hideki, now more interested then ever in these unique machines wants one for himself! Unfortunately, large Persocoms' costs are extremely high. Hideki, now a bit depressed, goes to move into a small apartment complex. The cute landlady, Chitose Hibiya, greets him as he walks by. As he moves in, Hideki meets his neighbor, Hiromu Shimbo, who has an extremely small persocom that is also very smart and energetic! Now Hideki really wants to get his own persocom.

Midori No Hibi (love&comedy theme)
Seiji Sawamura is the toughest seventeen-year-old in town, feared by all for his fighting prowess and his deadly "devil's right hand." But at heart, Seiji is a softy, and all he wants is an end to his seventeen-year history of being a lonely single guy. Unfortunately, his tough-guy reputation only serves to decrease his popularity with the ladies. Then one day, Seiji wakes up to discover his "devil's right hand" has turned into...a miniature gal named Midori! Strangely enough, Midori is a real girl who is just as surprised as Seiji to find out she has now become--literally--Seiji's right hand! It turns out Midori has always had a crush on Seiji, and her desperate wish to be connected with him has somehow come true...maybe all too true!

buhayin ko lang dahil ala akong magawa.

Recently, I'm obsessed with the anime, HOKUTO NO KEN (Fist of the North Star). I would consider it as the MANLIEST anime of all time. Absurd violence and insane fighting styles. If Chuck Norris and Bruce Lee would star in an anime, it would be this series.

LOVE HINA

Love Hina is a manga and anime series by author Ken Akamatsu. The manga won the "Best Manga, USA Release" in 2002 Anime Expo. The manga consists of 14 volumes. The anime is 25 episodes long and is supplemented with Christmas and Spring movies and the Love Hina Again OVA.

The story is a comedy of the shōnen genre about a clumsy young man with an unparalleled amount of personal drive despite having horrible luck. After failing to get into Tokyo U (the college of his dreams), he visits his grandmother's onsen only to discover it has been turned into a girls dorm. After his grandmother gives him the deed to the building, he has the tough job of being landlord, studying to get into Tokyo U, and dealing with the girls living there, who never pass up an opportunity to humiliate him.

The series falls under the harem comedy genre as well due to the familiar set up of one boy living with a group of ***y but unusual women. One distinguishing feature that sets this series apart from the average harem comedy is that, for a very large portion of the manga series, Keitaro is disliked by the girls. Whereas many of the same genre initially or very quickly place the main male character at the center of the girls' lusts, Keitaro is not only initially disliked by the girls, he suffers for a rather prolonged and extended period of time. Keitaro often experiences falls or is simply beaten to a point that would probably kill a normal person, so it is a running joke throughout the series that Keitaro is immortal.

The series is most well known for putting humorously absurd elements into an ostensibly mundane universe, such as flying turtles, ghosts, and Su's destructive mecha.

Plot:

The story takes place in the Kanagawa Prefecture, and centers on 20-year old Keitaro Urashima, a young man desperately trying to be accepted into the prestigious Tokyo University in order to fulfill a childhood promise he made with a girl he now regards as the girl of his life. His obsessive pursuit of this dream is one of the few shining spots of optimism in his otherwise unlucky life. He becomes manager of the Hinata House (日向荘, Hinata Sō?, also known as Hinata Apartments), property of his family and now an all-girls' dormitory.

After much tribulation, he wins their respect and eventual affection. From the beginning of the series, he suffers physical damage and abuse, which continues and increases as the series goes on. (In the anime the girls are openly shown being less hostile towards Keitaro, many fans have seen this as a weakness, saying that because of this the emotional scenes – particularly those between Keitaro and Naru – don't stand out as much as they do in the manga.)

Keitaro's primary (and usually exclusive) interest is in Naru Narusegawa, though all the other girls have different sorts of affections for him (including close friend, a playmate, and non-threatening crush object). Keitaro and Naru's relationship is complicated by several girls falling for him, or girls Keitaro promised a future relationship with while he was younger.

SKULLMAN

Skull Man was created by manga artist Shotaro Ishinomori in 1970 and was a big hit. The hero was orphaned when his parents were murdered and grew up to use his special powers to take revenge. Skull Man was one of manga’s first anti-heroes, a hero with a dark side in his quest for vengeance.

Skull Man is what Kamen Rider was supposed to be but the series was deemed too violent. He then reworked the concept and Kamen Rider was created.

In the late 90s, before Ishinomori’s death, the ill manga master contacted young mangaka Kazuhiko Shimamoto to do a remake (but more like a continuation) of the original Skull Man with this remake boasting an extensive, continuing storyline and more complex artwork.
Skull Man was rcently adapted into a TV anime series which premiered on Fuji TV in April 2007. A live action version “Episode Zero” aired on April 21st, titled “Skullman: Prologue of Darkness,” staring Ami Suzuki and Kamen Rider Hibiki and Death Note’s Shigeki Hosokawa
