Plate at last already arrived. Mechanic fabricated plate garnish at front so I can use bolt screw........front bumper removed so sabay na rin installation ng HIDs in both low beam and fog lamps.

Hi! I got my Copper Red CX7 last Wednesday..(not from Mazda Makati which I waited for 3 months but from Mazda Quezon Ave).

With regard to fuel yield, it depends on the owners normal route and time. Like in my case, if I travel in Edsa during rush hour, I would only get an average speed of 10kph at 5kms/liter. For me thats good enough since for sure if I travel at a different time and get an ave speed of at least 30kph, my fuel yield will surely improve!

My concern now is the lack of mud guard as I get splashes all the time. If I buy other brands, it would not affect the warranty right? since its just a mud guard anyways...

here is my latest fuel economy report:

average speed: 26 km/h (est. about 70% city and 30% highway, aircon always on at 22 degrees, fan speed 1 or 2 only)

fuel economy: 7.7 km/L

all done using the manual computation method

on the car computer, the data is 12.5L/100 Km or 8 km/L

I just got my Mazda iPod integration module.

I'm trying to figure out the manual now. I'll schedule an appointment with my dealer sometime this week to have it installed.

Oh, I was supposed to post pictures of this "limited edition" CX-7 I saw at my dealer, but I forgot. I'll look for it in my camera then post it.

Did you get both adapter and harness? For our model, part number for them should be BBM2-79CFZ and C9FC-V6-029A respectively.

For the moment, i am just using the Belkin Tune Base Direct with Handsfree (aux). SQ is ok, but i still prefer that kind of integration wherein you can control the ipod using OE stereo controls.

I ordered both the adapter and harness from mazdaparts.org and had it shipped to my friend's house in the US and he brought it home yesterday.

The way I understand it you'll have to remove both the center console and the instrument cluster. To connect the adapter, the harness has to tap some wires in both areas. Anyway, the schematics and all the parts are included, so I'll leave the installation to the dealer (not Greenhills though, baka kunin uli ni Mr. Pe -hehehehehehe)

I'll choose silver because black is the hardest color to maintain. BTW, Waiting list again? It seems the CX-7 is still selling like hot cakes. This is good news for Mazda Philippines but bad news for CX-7 owners who wants the exclusivity thing. I'm seeing more and more CX-7 roaming Philippine roads from NCR, to northern Luzon and Southern Luzon. And it never fails me to WOW always.

Hi all,

I am new here and been reading all the threads been posted on CX7, should thanks everyone of you else i would not decided to get this ride. I had made a reservation for 2.4L CRV and was ready to deliver, but after seeing the reviews and went for a test drive...change my mind.

Anyway i got a red CX7 from Alabang 4 days after i test drive, all the info i had gather from here is very much correct. The only down side for this car there is no reverse sensor, any good soul can advise me where can i install this? Tried a few shops in Alabang but they said the rear bumper too thick for drill penetration.

Overall it is a great ride and no regards getting this ride.

Who's your SA sa Mazda Alabang sir? Okey bang kausap? Madami na bang available unit sa kanila? Like to have one agad Planning to visit there this weekend. Thanks !
