December 25th, 2016 09:29 PM #32Thank you for the feedback...I'm reliant on Casas mainly because I consider myself illiterate in anything under the hood, hahaha!!! So yes, after-sales service is crucial for me. Based on experience, would people know if there are good dealers who deliver on customer service anywhere in NCR? i'm really this close to deciding, and it might happen before the year ends. Thank you in advance!

December 25th, 2016 11:46 PM #34Sorry 60k km pala. Berjaya owns all Mazda dealerships in the country so its all practically the same (ahente na lang nagkakatalo). Mitsu, Honda and Toyota turn arounds for parts in my experience only lasts days at most in my experience. Near local factories help.

Berjaya/MazdaPH handles distribution. Dealerships are owned/operated by different independent groups & entities.
I currently have a couple of old reliable Toyotas whose parts aren't commonly stocked nor available. I haven't had luck w/ days-quick dealership orders. I'm sure the more common ones, like the Vios, would be different...easier & faster.
