    DIYed some for the car.

Poor man's trunk mat:grin (rubber from Ace Hardware-):. Not fancy but serves the purpose.

DIY TPMS (Carchet) - Valve cap type. (Fairly accurate in pressure indication)

Meron deep dish niyan sir na Weathertech brand sa Blade. Though not as deep as those for custom fit, it still serves it's purpose. Pati Maxpider meron din but you have to but both for custom fit.

I also bought the MaxTray and 3D Maxpider deep dish sa US for our CX-5 and medjo harang ang price niya. Pati shipping mahal because of the irregular shape of the packaging. Hindi pa dumating but I might sell it na lang and keep the ones I bought from Blade.

I have stock nito but it's valve type, not valve cover type. Takot ako it might get easily stolen in public parking areas. Hehe!

Funny thing after my first 1,000 check up the dealer didn't turn on the maintenance schedule program in my unit.

Any of you guys also experienced the same?

The "dugas" boys will have no use for it unless they buy a receiver or sell these sensors to somebody who can use it. The screw lock keeps the cap from easily being removed, they have to cut the whole valve stem to get it. he he. Bahala na si Batman, he he. I'm just curious if it really works and accurate.

Since the valve is practically open w/ this type, how's the long term seal of these caps?

I inflated the tires to the recommended 33 psi all over since I just drive most of the time by myself. Cold setup, psi rises to around +3-4 psi during long drives. I will try to observe pressure drops with this open type sensors when i replace the inflation gas with nitrogen.

Are you sure 33psi ang recommended? I read from somewhere or sa manual na 38-40psi.

I've also tried nitrogen but I really see no difference in pressure or temperature.

This is what i referred to. Nasa driver side yung sticker. It may be different for the 19" rims though sa reco na inflation pressure.
