Got tired waiting for the unit from Taytay. Bukas na lang ng umaga babalikan. As explained to me, you pay a P10k reservation fee, but the fee is deducted from the actual price. When the unit is released you get a check from Berjaya for the P10k.

Same as explained to me. So I'm getting a cheque for the rebate AND the reservation because if they don't, parang naging +10k yung SRP

That won't be a rebate then because originally, reservation fees are automatically deducted sa downpayment. It's just an additional incentive na if you reserve within the promo period, you get 10k off the SRP
