what eating establishment did you enrich today?
was it worth all the trouble?
    do they accept advance reservations?

Balay dako. I don't think any resto is worth waiting 1 hr for.

They don't take reservations. Usually I AVOID restaurants that don't take reservations. It's always been my task to make resto reservations with my friends and family esp since I prefer specific seating (never in the middle). I thought going there on a weekday and after lunch would mean less people but was I so wrong

I told myself I am never going back but then the food was good and they senior discounted the whole bill! So maybe I'll go back pero before opening na (receptionist said konti tao then) I have a hard time eating early lunch though

One of my favorite restaurants (Tablo) does not take reservations too but I always go kapag off peak hours so I don't really wait too long

reasonably priced na for me, ang over priced imo yung Breakfast at Antonio's, nothing spectacular about the food too. I don't understand why people love it there (including my family and friends) Just like Wild Flour and Las Flores na over priced and ordinary for me, dami din nasasarapan.

Yeah so many restos now, hindi mauubusan ng bago.

I read somewhere na in NY if you eat at a new restaurant everyday, it will take 50+ yrs to try it all

Hahaha. Bakit? Dahil Balay pinaka notorious sa haba ng waiting?

Good place to have your Easytrip RFID installed is along the major gas stations on NLEX if you happen to have a trip that takes you along that route.

I had mine done on Petron Lakeshore. There's a small stall (just a table really) manned by Easytrip personnel and they do reloading/installs. Usually there's no line at all, I just walked up, showed the registration papers and the booth personnel walked back to the car with me and affixed the sticker. P500 initial load.

parang nagbigay ng hint si wifey na mamasyal, will try to leave around 9 am and back around 3pm.

My current route to Tagaytay from Metro Manila is:

    - Skyway/SLEX
    - CALAX then exit at Nuvali
    - Nuvali to Canlubang
    - Canlubang to Tagaytay (arrive near CROSSWINDS)

Advantage: you avoid the traffic along Sta Rosa - Tagaytay Road.
Disadvantage: you arrive at the Crosswinds side, it might be far if you want to go to places near Taal Vista Lodge, or towards Breakfast or even Twin Lakes.

What is the best route to Tagaytay?
