Hi guys! New here, and a newbie with car modding and stuff.

I've read one post in this thread that Yokohamas are the best to go with. Couple of questions:

    1. How much would a set would normally go for?
    2. Does it include one for the spare?
    3. Do you recommend surplus or used tires?
    4. Any particular tire specs I should take into consideration? (I own a 2009 Honda City)

Thanks in advance to all those who will reply! I'm starting to get in to car modding and learning things online. Let me know also if you have any tips to share with me

^if mag upgrade ka, dapat yung diameter ng new wheels (including tires) mo is within +/- 3% ng stock mo. may link ng tire calculator sa 2nd or 3rd page ata nitong thread. or just google tire calculator. kung naka decide ka na sa size, visit ka sa mga tire shops with a friend na familiar sa car mods.

sa budget naman, if you're going for let's say to 17's. mag ready ka mga around 30k-40k for a set, with tires na yan. you can trade in your stock wheels para makabawas pero depende din sa condition ng mags mo.

Entry-level Yokohamas will cost around 6-8k per piece for 17" tires. Equivalent Achilles/Federal tires will be around 3.5-4k each.

Aftermarket 17" rims will cost about 20-25k. Do you already have any particular designs in mind?

Neuton nt5000, best money-quality performance ratio accdg to tyrereviews. Been using it since then. Advan=malutong at maingay. Bridgestone=better if u have the budget. Westlake=best among all china brands, as for me.matagal maubos pero iwasan mo ang pot holes, madaling magcrack.
    Dunlop=wears easily

These are all only based on my personal experience

If i were to choose, id get neuton nt5000. Indonesian brand. Less than 5k per piece for 235 40 18

Hi guys im looking for 1 Pc nitto AT 265/50/20 tire. Na running flat kasi and I was advised by Goodyear na palitan. So far 17-18k sa banawe per Pc then sa dubshop is 16.5k, sa evangelista 13.5k

Ok ba yung price per Pc? So far sa wheelhaus evangelista pinaka cheap. Any suggestions San pa mura sa south area and what to do sa isang tire? Mga 10k plang natakbo kaso na running flat kaya need palitan. Thanks

Basta wag na wag kayo bibile ng Westlake. It's good as advertised, makapit pag basa ang daan. Just like the Americans discovered.

Pero madulas pag tuyo ang daan lol. I'll never buy Chinese tires never again.
