Theoretically, the safest answer.[emoji106]...but he'll be fine sitting 6.5mm taller.[emoji4]

Posting this link for future reference.

Rim & Tire Size Calculator. Custom Offsets - Wheel-Size.com

I was a bit lazy to input it there so I gave the safest theoretical answer.

Make it 185/60 if you want same ratio ... but 185/65 is ok if you want higher ground clearance ...

^ It's quite safe to go one up in size as the speedo is usually slower than GPS speed. Like running 100kph actual speed would be something like 95kph.

I don't know how accurate Waze is, but it is consistent with my speedometer. A difference of about plus or minus two.

Same with google maps. On my speedo it says 100 kph, but in google maps on my phone registers only 80-90kph.

Looking at Michelin's available models for 185/65/R15, mukhang XM2+ lang ang available dito sa atin. I guess okay rin ito for a Mobilio? Mostly used for city driving lang din naman with occasional out-of-town trips.

For smaller wheel sizes you'll find that most brands only sell eco biased tires. And that makes sense naman. Taller sidewalls don't really make a good foundation for performance biased tires.

Goodyear ph recently updated their website. they're using the template from malaysia. I think this means their whole lineup is coming from the same factory.

Galing din ng michellin they're really targetting the asean market. I think these two offer excellent choices in the "budget" or small tire segment.

But it seems to get bad reviews..
Goodyear Assurance Triplemax 2 Reviews | Tyre Review Australia

    Compared to Michelin XM2/XM2+:
Michelin ENERGY XM2 Reviews | Tyre Review Australia
Michelin ENERGY XM2+ Reviews | Tyre Review Australia

I tend to trust reviews coming from Australia more because:
    1. Most of their SKUs come from the same plants as the ones coming in here
    2. They are one of the most uhurm, discerning markets if you get my drift.
    3. (Off) road conditions and climate are mostly the same as ours.

    Sony is still selling PS4s!

Hehe what size and how much are you selling them for? I'm refurbishing a set of 18"s and need tires.

18k bro, 235/40R18. Super thick pa all tires, much lower mileage now because of the pandemic. Costs 35k brand new. Can give it to you cheaper since Tsikot friend naman:

    Nice price!

Interested, but I'm in quarantine until Friday next week.
If if you still have the tires by Saturday next week (or if you're willing to hold them until then) please PM me and I'll gladly take them.
