    I work in a bank and based on our sample computation for car loans are as below (although the factor rate is indicative):

    List Price: P1,350,000
    Discount: 20,000
    Net: 1,330,000
    Down Payment 300,000
    Chattel Mortgage 20,000
    Insurance 28,000
    Total Cash out 348,000

    Amount Financed 1,030,000
    + interest 1,286,058 (at 1.2486 factor = 9.11% effective interest rate per annum. for 5 years)
    Monthly amortization 21,434

    This is the closest to the P20,000 computation given to Glenn.

    Meron akong BOM sir ng Sorento 2010-2012 lahat ng variant andun including LPG version ng Sorento, yung 2013 ang wala ako, yung PN na post niyo hindi makita, iba siya... 1st week ng March ako papunta ng Korea.

    bro togalock, baka merong wolf embelm, yung naka-side view. 7-piece na set pero kung wala pwede na din 3-piece. saka 3rd brake light (without spoiler) ng grand starex kung meron.
