wow! is Kia's service really that bad? I'm gonna get a Sorento this December, nagdadalawang isip tuloy ako. I'm gonna get it from Wheels Inc. Ok ba ang service dun?

baka maka affect sa supply ng KIA and Hyundai dito saatin yung tension na nangyayari ngaun between north and south Korea.. Huwag naman sana...well, just a though of it.

Hi, experience ko lang yan sa kia pasig but I heard na maganda daw service sa kia pasay. With regard to the vehicle itself, pare, I am more than satisfied, lalo na kung sorento bibilhin mo. Meron ang friend ko nabili niya two months ago and had the chance to drive it, man, i am so impressed.

Really nice!! new and exciting engineering....The Power to surprise nga daw...

wala akong naririnig na kalampag or whatever...smooth at responsive ang power train...isama mo pa ang feel sa steering at brake system....

sa aftersales, dito sa dealer ko(KSA),magpa-appointment ka muna, then balik ka na lang kelan ang sked mo....ang dami na kasi dito ng KIA...... Lalo na Forte, di na siya Unique....

Pare try mo sa Kia Antipolo and look for Jonezza Jones. Mabibigyan ka ng special discounts, financial assist and some freebies kung yung price iniisip mo. You will be satisfied with your ride, lalo na sa sorento. Sa service, sabi maganda raw sa kia pasay pero I will try pa this coming December due na kasi car ko for PMS.

yes. Hindi ba yung tiger nose grill na ang hinahanap mo? GPS ay pwede idagadag as option as in the case of my friend, he was asked kung gusto niya ng additional features like automatic climate control, entertainment system with GPS, etc.

yeah. kaso sir ang mahal ata ng padagdag nun eh. yung GPS.

Please correct me if I am wrong but I read in another thread that the Sorentos sold in Philippines do not have Stability/Traction Control systems.. yet are more expensive compared to other countries which have ESP/TC.. Can our government not do anything about this?

Sa mga nasa Norte, please avoid Kia Dagupan. Their service sucks. Imagine mo tatlong dealerships sila (Hyundai, Chevrolet, Kia) pero iisa ang service area nila. As in siksikan ang mga nagkalabo labong nakapilang sasakyan. napakahirap magmanuever sa loob kahit na idrive pa ito ng SA paloob.

to top it all, napakatamad pa ng mga mechanics nila lalo na sa pag PMS. Ilang beses na akong pabalik balik dun pero everytime na bumalik ako, may sineservice silang isang kia na sasakyan (tig isa lang kasi kaya nilang iservice kasi yung iba, pang hyundai at Chev). Nagpa reserve ako ng slot minsan pero nung araw na pupunta na ako, wala daw yung mechanic nila nag seminar!!
next na punta ko, puno na naman daw. walang kwenta talaga. I heard na maganda daw sa Kia Pampanga but that would be a good two and half hours away from my place.

I have no choice kasi taga Pangasinan ako. Meron bang Kia casa na hindi ganito kahirap ang magpa service ng sasakyan?

Had my first PMS for my Carens sa Kia Sto Tomas, Batangas (this is where I got my unit). Taga Quezon City ako.

Malaki ang service bays at kukunin mo na malinis ang kotse, dahil kasama ang car wash at vacuum sa loob. Nag-pa-touch-up na rin ako ng minor scratches (at no additional cost).
Malinis mag-trabaho ang mga mechanic, dahil lalagyan ng plastic cover yung seats para hindi marumihan. So far, I'm happy with their service.

Check mo sa Kia SM North Edsa, may nakita akong naka-display na Kia Sorento.

ganyan naman talaga pag galing casa, pasikip sikip ng mga nuts and bolts sa ilalim kaya pag nilabas mo parang ang sarap pero wait for a week, luluwag ulit

mas maganda talaga pa nakikita mo kung ano tlaga ginawa, buti na lang Honda may Honda spa

sirs, would just like to ask about the PMS sa kia or even check ups and stuff, do you have to do them where you bought your kia or even in other Kia casa? and how much is the PMS? thanks
