sayang talaga ang kia, ganda pa naman ng mga models and features kaso bagsak sila pagdating sa service, specially sa kia pasig dahil puro ojt na lang daw nagaw dun kya indi maaring indi ka magpa back job

Try Kia Pasay also. Lahat ng trumabaho sa Carens ko e experienced Mechanics. Di lang sa Kia casa merong OJT halos lahat ng big 3 CASA merong OJT. FYI

i had some problems with KIA Mandaluyong (Signet) before.

I had some AC issues then and they weren't able to diagnose the cause. Apparently, they had sub-contracted their AC services to another company who was giving me the stupidest of reasons.

Nawala lamig ng aircon so I thought it was a thermostat problem.

The Signet peeps were suggesting the compressor. Yung bobo namang sub-con nila, lagi suggestion ilagay ko sa todo yung thermostat to the left. Kako, "kaya nga ginawang knob siya para puede mo i-adjust yung lamig kung sobra or kulang yung lamig". at siyempre, not all the time nandun sa leftmost yung setting kasi lalakas konsumo mo crudo. sentido kumon lang naman kako sa kanya.

tapos, hirap pa i-justify ni francis (yung SA) kung paano ipapalit yung part na kailangan daw (which at that point they weren't even sure kung ano).

in the end, it took kia pampanga (nung napasyal lang ako since wife is from angeles) to tell me what the problem is, yung magnetic clutch. in fact, isang tingin lang alam na nila. at wala pang cheche-bureche, nag request na sila part sa columbian agad and replaced it with no questions.

Hey Mari, kamusta na Carens mo? You should also try Kia Pasay. Ok din ang warranty system nila dun. Nireklamo ko yung front na medyo me knocking sound. PInalitan nila both front shocks at ngayon feeling brand new na ulit si Carens...

Ok sa Kia Pasay. pwede mo tingnan yung car habang ginagawa. Unlike sa ibang casa, di ka pwede pumasok sa loob ng service area.

Since Kia and Hyundai are almost similar - since sister-auto makers nga sila.. and some of their makes/features are very similar..pwede kayang sa Hyundai Casa magpaservice?

In the case of Wheels Inc. (Hyundai Macapagal & E. Rod) pwede. Sila rin kasi ang dealer kia & suzuki so they share one technical (service) department Infact ang rack & pinion ng dating tucson & sportage ay pareho, ganoon din ang high pressure crdi fuel pump. Kung walang stock sa Hyundai pwede kumuha sa KIA kung available.

Ang Kia Makati dealership pa lang daw ngayon, but they're planning on opening a service center there soon.

hi joel! ok naman siya. nothing to fix yet (buti na lang). puro pms pa lang naman mostly. hindi ko lang masyadong ginagamit din lately, lalo't tataas pa toll dito sa slex soon. how's your carens?

So far so good! No major probs except for that front suspension minor kalampag. Ok naman lahat ng bushings pinalitan nila ng Kia Pasay ng shocks, ok na ngayon.

wheels e.rod won't accept my defective vanity mirror cover. nag crack at bali sa isang hinge.
sabi sa akin, ako raw naka sira. sabi ko, under normal use naman lang. how could i intentionally break it?
another case, un inside part of the instrument panel, may water mark stains. i complained, sabi sa akin, baka na baha. sabi ko muka bang nabaha itong unit ko? txt daw ako to schedule for service. nag txt ako hindi naman nag reply.

i'm not Yapoy. but i will try to answer you question. Kia Alabang is at Westgate. if coming from the south (laguna area) via the expressway, exit at filinvest. turn right at total gas station, then take the 1st left. go straight to the end and turn right. you will see Kia at your right side. they are right next to the other car dealers there. hope this helps

I tried na rin pa PMS sa kia alabang and i was the disappointed last time i went there. The mechanic forgot to tighten the valve cover after adjusting the valve clearance so the engine oil leak when i checked engine after i went home then another thing was the adjustment made on the valve clearance was not good... nasakal yung takbo so i need to bring it in another casa for re-adjustment..

I can only recommend Kia Mandaluyong as all of my PMS were done there. 1t kms-25t kms.

The Servie Advisor (Francis) is very open when dealing with customers. He would clearly explain the scope & duration of work, what they will check/ inspect/ replace and will text/ call you if there are other items that they will found to be defective or needs replacement.

The security guard checks and logs your valuables inside, kahit CD, t-shirt, umbrella, ililista nya.

I usually drop my carens there around 9AM and will come back around 4PM, tapos na and car washed pa. The items they replaced (air filter, fuel filter, etc) are also inside.

I have not experienced any bad thing about them, except busted yung TV sa lounge & walang creamer yung free coffee nila

i will try Kia Pasay on my next PMS (30t kms) to compare their services. Baka nga masyado lang akong kampante sa Kia Mandaluyong.

Hey guys. Need advice, my first three PMS ko ay sa Kia Pasig. Yung first PMS lang ako medyo satisfied, but as the next ones came medyo hindi na maganda ang service. May time na days after servicing, biglang umilaw ang engine icon sa panel ko. had it checked immediately and sabi sa kin wala raw problem at inadjust lang daw sensor. But two days later umilaw uli, that time lumapit sa kin ang service manager yata at sabi alam daw nila yung problem sa sasakyan ko during the first time i brought it for check up, defective daw ang sensor ng exhaust system at nakaorder na raw sila ng pyesa. I was puzzled dahil sinabi sa kin na walang problema nung una e bat ngayon may defective palang part. Kung hindi umilaw uli ang engine icon ay hindi ko malalaman ang defect. Tsk tsk hindi ko na lang pinansin dahil naaawa ako sa mga tao nila kung magrereklamo ako.

Another incident, after my last PMS I noticed na nagbasa ang carpet ko sa passenger side. Napansin ito ng personnel nila na naglilinis ng kotse after the PMS. Akala ko nabasa lang or what. Pero napansin ko na parati na tong basa ang problem nasa bicol ako ng mapansin ko na hindi lang ordinary ang problem, I had it checked by an aircon technician in Bicol at naayos naman, may tulo pala ang drain hose ng aircon ko. Pagbalik ko from bicol, pinatingnan ko kaagad sa kia pasig ang drain hose. Thereafter they told me na ayos naman daw wala na daw tulo pero kailangan ko raw ibilad sa araw ang carpet ko para matuyo. After several days, ayaw pa rin matuyo ang carpet so nagpunta ako sa car detailer to fix the problem. Nung aayusin na napansin ko at ng nagdedetail na puro grasa ilalaim ng dashboard na mukhang galing sa kamay at ang masaklap hindi pala naikabit ang cable ng lever para bumukas ang hood! Tsk tsk.

Isa pang di ko nagustuhan ay hindi sila honest sa akin at mukhang hindi nila nachecheck masyado ang vehicle dahil madali naman madetect ang mga problems na nabanggit ko.

Naghahanap ako ngayon ng ibang casa for my next PMS. Tulong naman guys, balita ko magaling daw ang Kia Pasay.
