i'm averaging 8.5L / 100 km or 11.76L/km according to the trip computer on light-medium city traffic. people are telling me it should improve since i only have about 500 kms on the car, we'll see. will try to do a manual computation on my next full tank.

btw, is there a 1000 kms PMS for Kia diesel engines?

Fleas try refueling database if naka android ka to record your fc. I suggest you also reset your avg speed and record it every full tank

Wow! thanks for the reply... when I convert your info you are averaging 8.5 to 11.76 km/L that's great! I think there is no 1000 kms PMS for diesel engines because I just had my mom's Carens 1st PMS last Saturday at Kia Pasig... beforehand they told me that service for diesel engines are for every 5,000 Kms... Bill amounted to 5,804.00 for 1st PMS for our diesel carens

Yon sa akin pig change oil ko sa 1000km, there's no harm naman lalo na pag hindi heavy daily use. Race chip? di ka pa contento sa CRDi power natin? sa k&n filter suggestion lang to read all the available review available online, positive or negative.

Mga sirs na naka garmin gps. help lang po. how do you download updated program ng garmin software ? for some reason nawawala yung sd card na nakakabit sa HU ko from casa. I just found out nung biglang nag "no software found" sa screen, pag check ko sa card slot wala yung miro sd. weird it was working when roaming around tagaytay. balak ko bili nalang ng micro sd and install the sofware but i dont know how. baka may nakaka alam po sainyo patulong naman. BTW kaya ba ng 8gig sdcard yung mga hu natin ? o hanggang 4 lang kaya nya i read ? thanks mga sirs

same HU tayo from same supplier and casa. If you want I can copy the contents of my micro SD burn on to CD and you can just copy to a new card. Magkalapit lang naman tayo ng area.

This reminds me to make a back-up of the microSD card. There have been stories of cards being lsot after PMS at casas. Syempre deny to death sila na walang kinalaman sa loss.Maybe I'll remove mine everytime magpa-service

Talagang nakakapag taka kasi it was working tapos bigla nagka error. so meaning pwede gumana garmin gps kahit wala sd card until such time na mag error sya ? If thats the case dapat talaga alisto nako pag mag papacheck ako ng car o papa pms ako sa casa. mahirap na maisahan uli.

Question po, i am buying a sportage this week. Medyo nahirapan lang ako maghanap ng color na gusto ko kasi apparently, nagkakaubusan pala. Pero luckily, may available sa sgt esguerra. Sabi ng dealer, free 3m tint. So i told the bank to send him the PO. Then nagtxt sakin yung dealer, na pwede ko na raw pickup yung unit. He told me ba tinted na rin daw. Nagtataka lang ako kung bakit di nya pa ko tinatanong kung anong shade ng tint, tinted na. He told me na standard tint out of the factory daw yun. I never had a kia before, i dont know kung totoong factory tint sya, o baka naman returned unit yung ibibigay sakin. Sa toyota kasi, they asked me kung anong tint ipapainstall ko bago nila nirelease yung unit sakin. Any inputs? Thanks a lot.

Yes that is true. Standard tint out of the factory. If I am not mistaken, its 3M light magic, front windshield only the visor is tinted so I added cash for a full windshield tint. I think they have standard factory installed 3M light magic for Sorento, Sportage and Carnival.

that free tint is BS even the free matting is BS, those should be included in the price talaga. AFAIK, its a 3M Black Chrome 35 (BC35) tint.

in the end I got nothing free from my dealership, well it's the price to pay to have the first few units. even the agreed 3/4 tank of gas wasn't given to me

anyway, how long did you get your plates? its been 2 weeks already since i bought my unit, I still don't have information about my registration kahit the conduction permit extension for 1 month. sabi nung monday wala pa raw CSR from the factory? what's a CSR anyway? is this normal?

Safe naman as long as you use your own computer, be sure virus and malware free. You can open a paypal account so you don't have to input your credit card info directly to ebay. Another solution is to open an debit account (ex: Unionbank EON) exclusive for online transaction, advantage is no money inside no transaction, unlike credit card.

Piece of advice lang for ebay international purchase, be ready for custom importation tax.
