Called Kia Congressional yesterday, the 15,000km PMS will be more or less 6K daw. Hopefully less

Medyo nagulat lang ako kasi hindi naman dapat ganyan kamahal ang PMS ng gas engines. Hindi pa naman kasi major PMS yan unlike the last PMS of my 3rd Gen CR-V 4WD, spent 19K for the PMS in Honda Batangas.

Sa Tucson kasi, I bring my own oil and spare parts, pumapayag ang casa, and yet hindi void ang warranty.

I will talk to my SA sa Congressional if pwedeng ako na mag-provide ng oil at parts sa 22,500km PMS. Gusto ko kasi Motul Fully Synthetic oil.

Is the 1.290 m msrp of diesel sportage the automatic version? Is this already a VGT version?
A dealer quoted me 1.338 for the automatic version.

Nabasa ko kasi yun sa service passport ng Sportage.

Yung first PMS ko sa Acropolis din. Ngayon kakausapin ko yung Kia Congressional kung pwede parin magdala ng oil at pwede pumasok sa service bay para bantayan yung Sportage.

No Kia yet, but for Hyundai, the old Starex GRX which was sold already, the new Tucson and new Grand Starex. The latter 2 are relatively new but for our old GRX, grabe quote sa repair so we just sold it. One major repair quoted us around P70k+ and the labor charge makes up more than half of the bill. PMS for the GRX is around P8k-P10k.

1.290 puwede na unless biglang taas ng Kia philippines. wala pa kasing official price na pinalabas ang planta.

This is my experience w/ Rapide Alabang: I had my front and rear brake pads changed. They said they can order original parts for me at lower price. Unfortunately, replacements lang pala cause the rear pads lasted for 4 months only as they broke apart. No warranties since I lost my receipt although they can access they computer logs. I bought original rear pads and had it changed by another shop. Ok naman front pads and the new rear pads so far.

that's the price of the stripped down version of the Sorento. baka nagkamali? i saw the unit in KIA Fairview. I was supposed to take that one kaso lumabas bigla un Sportage na diesel :D

aww . lalo pa akong mahihirapan sa pagpili . reserved for an aurora blue ford Ranger XLT last march, july pa lalabas. then lumabas naman yung Montero GLX which we find having more value for money. then ito naman. though i want this one so badly.hehe. * 1.3m pwede na.

sana Euro II compliant na mga components niyan. unlike dun sa sorento na Euro V yung fuel pump kaya before 5t kms di na umandar. though attentive naman ang KIA on warranty claims. three times na akong nagclaim ng warranty on our sorento. all are addressed and fast na rin considering korea pa galing yung parts.

nakakahilo .haha. I wonder kung ano ang feel ng 2.0 R-eVGT na 4x2 sa smaller sportage.. I enjoy driving our AWD sorento R-eVGT lalo na sa out-of-town trips. kahit long distances di nakakapagod. chill lang kasi pagdrive. powerful engine mated to a responsive 6 speed gearbox makes driving * highway speeds and overtaking easier and effortless.

dyan ako bumili ng OEM type Camera for sorento. Cam lang binili ko since me installed na Touch screen/GPS/DVD yung mga AWD sorento. di ko lang napapainstall. maganda yung cam sa package sir. clean install talaga sa platelights. tinest ko din sa monitor sa bahay malinaw and may guide lines sa distance.
