What kinda grill are you planning to put?
hi
is anyone planning to install a "utility bar?" like the one present in the older hiluxes. its made of steel. its the on the front edge of the cargo bed, to protect the rear glass and the roof when you load stuff over the bed and leaning.
saw one at SLEX it was neatly done, it was made taller than the roof so as not to obstruct the 3rd brake light. it looks really useful and a good (cheaper) alternative to a roll bar i think.

Originally Posted by wildthing
that P2,000 should be the planned cost na sa benta sir -net selling na! Give me 2 to 4 weeks to plan it out.
My plan is really No drilling dapat sa metal body panels...pero baka merun drilling dun sa plastic bed to hold the lock mechanism...
mga bros ano average km/liter ninyo? (pls indicate kung a/t or manual and city, highway or mix). maraming salamat!
im planning to change the grill yung parang nasa cab4, tulad nung nasa thailand model, hindi ung billet...
2004 4x2 MT
city: 9.5km/l speeds upto 80kph
highway: 12km/l speeds upto 120kph, northbound nlex
using biodiesel but it seems to have no effect on fuel economy and smoke emissions (smoke during initial startup and when "birit" acceleration). but it was clean enough to begin with, just did not get cleaner.
Anyway, I think Alabang has a few units left. Seems that Globe ordered 70+ units before but decided to get only 50 hence the surplus (they are both Ayala-owned), kaya lang puro white ang available. Daming wala sa LX - walang molding, walang keyless entry tsaka anti-theft, R15 ang gulong instead of R16. These plus airbag and ABS are definitely worth more than the 50K na difference in price.
ok nga kung 2k lang.
At Isuzu Alabang last year when we got our unit, there were surplus 2004 LS models and were selling for less than 20k than the 2005 LS which as at 960k. yun stock stereo and dash panels lang ang difference.
yah, thats the grilli im planning to put on mine too... hehe kaso, gold ung color ng dmax ko, mag match kaya?
How 'bout putting side mirror turn signals like the ones in the Alterra & Thai D-Max?![]()
I've seen those side mirrors with turn signals, kinda expensive at the casa... 6k daw![]()
ok ung suggestion mo ah, super crdi dmax....![]()
hehehe
cardo, how much did u spend 4 the grill??
dmax lords it over over in northern mindanao,be it a ls or lx model.
