yung oil and oil filter kung gusto mo madala ng sarili mo (say you want isuzu brand oil and filter) pede rin...labor sa change oil and filter is just P180 (after discount yata).

pagmemember naman, kausapin mo na agad ang receptionist nila...that P1066.75 they charged me was originally P1250...they applied the discount immediately when i said (actually iaask ka din nila) i'd like to apply for membership (membership is P100 per year) so kahit iadd ko pa yung P100 dun sa service bill mas mura pa rin sa P1250.

mas ok talaga sa mga ganitong service shops compared sa casa. dito puede mong malapitan ung car to inspect and supervise everything. unlike sa casa, bawal mong lapitan ung car. sa customer waiting lounge ka lang. hindi mo tuloy alam kung ano na ginagawa ng mekaniko sa car mo..

sir gusto mo ba merun pang "ISUZU" na paint dyan? kasi kung okay lang sa iyo na wala, pede mong i-DIY yan.

That kind of rubber is the sole (swelas) of most sandals (women's sandals) and is readily available on most shoe and furniture supply shops (malamang sa Bacolod or Cebu merun). Usually sold on square meter or by length (with a width probably about a meter or a yard). This thick rubber (usually 5mm thick) can be cut by using a blade cutter or knife or even big scissors.

Then you can create the pattern naman using used cartolina or long folder...

At kung gusto mong merun pang isuzu, you will need to make a stencil (perhaps kahit na dun na rin sa ginawa mong pattern) then spray paint it over the ready mudguard.

Thanks guys, I think I'll try the generics first kung tatama ang fit and curve at kung hinde masisira ang aesthetic look ng Max after the install.

Wildthing: Yes, I tried that suelas thing on my jeep before but medyo crude yong edges nang cut Baka meron tayong makitang mas refined ang edges like the generics...

Sensya na kung dito ako mag-po-post ng Alterra Question ko.
Mas-active kasi to kaysa sa Alterra thread.

Approved na ung Car Loan namin and our family will be getting the 2007 Isuzu Alterra.

Pinagpipilitan ng bangko na sa Isuzu Manila kami kumuha although gusto ko sa Isuzu Alabang (because of there credibility in servicing and warranty claim). Sabi ng bank, ung warranty claim daw puwede i-claim kahit saang dealer irregardless kung saan mo binili iyong unit. I think this is wrong kaya gusto ko pa din sa Isuzu Alabang bumili.

Alam ko ang PMS ang puwede i-conduct ng any dealer.

Tama ba ako sa understanding ko na to?

Pare I had a very bad fu***** experience with Isuzu Manila. Please lang wag ka kumuha doon.

Pero sa experience ko, I can claim warranty on any branch. Kasi sa Isuzu Manila ko binili d-max ko and pinaservice ko lang dun ng 1st 2000kms yata. After nyun, I switched to Isuzu Pasig na. Lahat ng service ko and warranty claims sa Isuzu Pasig na.

i second that, also heard bad feedback from friends who got their unit from that dealer.

yes all waranty claim can be claimed on any dealer...yung dealer kasi ay gagawa lang naman ng claim report sa Isuzu Phil. for the said repairs.

so far, isuzu pasig ang narinigan ko ng ok na feedback.... teka saan ba yung isuzu na nag-rerepaint ng bumper ng brandnew crosswind (nagasgasan yata ng casa) so they were covering up the evidence.

I read somewhere that the 4x4 is only at 1.2M price. wow! some strada owners would be beating their head sensely hehehe. Thats how I would feel! 1.2m forclass leading HP and monstrous torque!!!

the agent told me that the price range for the new frontier would be 1.1m-1.4m. Ang panget lang dun is, walang matic na lalabas sa 4x2. So its either you get 4x4 matic or 4x2 manual. Hay ganda.
