gary: ok sa next EB kita tayo. I read this in the forum 4jg2 VS 4jx1. kaya pala may nakausap akong may ari ng skyroof na trooper na magastos ang maintenance ng 4jx1 saka maitim na ang usok. buti nalang 4gj2 ang makina ng bighorn natin. I think nabasa mo na eto. just post it nalang.
Been a while. Have any of you guys tried a 3 inch lift yet for your Trooper (aside from upgrading to EMU system)? Still cannot find spacers and bump stops locally to be able to do this 3 inch lift on my rig. Found a US web site, but apprehensive about purchasing online. ;)
Kimps: matic ba yung sa iyo? Ano ba yung tranny mo? GM or Aisin Warner? Nasa badge yun sa side ng tranny. 4x4 indicator i-ilaw lang pag naka engage yung 4x4. Normally hindi dapat. Provide me the tranny type and I will take a look at my documents.
Ungas/Alfrasay/boknoy: i think may problema yung tranny ko kaya hirap sa star tollways. Mukhang hindi naglo-lock up thus also affecting my mileage. Should have gotten the stick shift!! Papa-check ko nga. Any suggestions?
Nap: wala tayong pag asa sa 4JX1. 159hp yun. 125 lang tayo. Dami ako name-meet may complains na mausok ang 4JX1 kahit bago. Dami rin ako nakikita sa kalye na mausok. Mukha ngang sensitive sa fuel ang 4JX1. Kita kita tayo sa EB
kimps: You can see naman sa VIN kung UBR ka o UBS. Manual tranny: much better yan if you want to keep the car for a longer time.
boknoy: di ko pa naiiba tranny ko. Need your mechanics to discuss this. Ayaw mag lock up ngayon so pag 100 kph-above hirap siya. Affected din fuel mileage ko.
