hinde naman nakita ko na kasi disadvantage ng magka-syota ng tiga-province. like for example when I was in college nagka gf ako ng tiga Cavite, yun gf ko kayumanggi mukang tiga cavite talaga, pero talagang weakness ko ang malaki pwet eh, so hayun I wasted almost 3 years of my life. going there tapos car ko naman noon hand me down lang, luma.

imagine yun gastos ko, papagawa ko car tapos pumupunta pa ako ng cavite tapos nanood ako ng sine dun sa cavite, i studied in dlsu, pang dami-dami sophisticated na girls sa school namen, tapos lagi sila gimmick sa glorietta or greenbelt. tapos ako sa SM bacoor.

wow, i mean wow Iwasted my youth.

so i made sure na hindi na ako babalik sa ganun sitwasyon. bibile ako ng car ng gusto not because meron ako kelangan daanan malaking bundok or something.

You should write them a letter. Demand for it, not cry in this forum.

I'd rather use a Euro 2 engine than what they call Euro 4 na wala naman palang DPF (Monterosport, Fortuner, TBZ, even Everest). Pretty useless standard applied here in the Philippines if you think about it in retrospect.

It's the total package of the engine and exhaust.

Ngaun since 3rd gen CRDi na lumabas, clean burn na sya with help of piezo injectors, higher pressure rail, better engine design, etc.. Ok na rin ito since less maintenance vs with ones with DPF.

Current gen SUV(fort, monty, eve) euro 4 engines as their lowest spec.

Sa ibang bansa they add DPF to pass Euro 5 standard. On other contries na Euro 6 requirement like austrlia, they even add DPF and SCR.

Ordered a 3.0 A/T 4x2 2 weeks ago and will take delivery within the next week or two. Just read about the Euro 2 requirement of DENR. I understand na basta ma register before 2018, ok lang. Pero hindi ba to magkaka-issue in the future? Marami naman older engines running around (jeeps, trucks) so I know I shouldn't worry, pero it's a bit disconcerting lang kasi bagong bili pa lang then parang outdated na. We tend to keep our cars for 10 years or more pa naman. Thoughts?

still another case of misleading title. para bang i-se-sale ang Mux na Euro 2 this coming ghost month tapos this article is going to help them dispose stocks .

I might have overlooked that, but generally countries with strict emission standards required Euro 4 vehicles to have dpfs - see Australia, UK. If the Philippine government wants cleaner air, there are tons of vehicles on the road that are not even Euro 1 compliant.

Let's not be hypocrites here. If you want to save the environment, stop using your diesel cars. Use bicycles instead.

    But that is anti progress.

Which brings us back to using our cars. And contributing to pollution. You lessen the pollution but you are still contributing to it. So you are a hypocrite.

So can anybody tell me which vehicles on the road pollute the environment more than the Euro 2 engines being offered by Isuzu? Buses? Jeepneys? Trucks? Cars?
    _____

If you guys really want something "cleaner", then don't buy an Isuzu, it's as simple as that. It's pointless really to argue if what we are talking about here is for nothing.

    Welcome to the Philippines!

Hindi naman ako napikon sa flamebait niya. Naaliw pa nga ako eh.

Anyway I dont get the top speed thing. Unang una its very unsettling for the driver. Pangalawa may speed limit. Mas importante for me ang 0 to 60, 0 to 100 at 80 to 120 times. Useable yan.[/QUOTE]

Yehs, very usable na and speed 120kph. Safe & cooler.

Then Isuzu manufacturing must stop fabrication of EURO 2 engine, dispose all euro 2 and introduce the EURO 4 engine.

Euro 2, euro4, euro5, euro 6... so nice to hear to show concern for mother nature. But what good will that do if more and more di and crdi owners continue the practice of blanking their EGR units just to save on future maintenance repairs/replacements?

In the unlikely scenario that the government cracks down on existing non-Euro 4 units, would anybody know if there are aftermarket accessories for the MuX Euro 2 units to achieve Euro 4 standards (i.e. Catalytic converter)?
