Mga Sir, okay lang po ba ito 71km na? sabi kc nila nag test drive daw cla at ibinyahe from plant to show room. Nasa kanila pa ang unit.

Ganyan sila. Tinatakbo nila yung unit from batangas. Wala silang carrier. Sakin 81kms ata. Forgot na.. basta natakbo na malayo..

Guys, any opinion about the 2017 mu-x? Would like to know more bout the performance. And if repsonsive ba ung tranny nya lalo na ung +/- mode. Ung tipong magagamit mo talaga ung powerband ng engine gaya ng redlining. Thanks mga sir [emoji846] plan namin kuha ng 3.0 4x2 a/t 8n

why do you want to redline the engine? diesels have enough torque on low rpms. 184kph topspeed is achievable but that is dangerous on public roads.

Hello sir! Example lang yun hehe. What im trying to point out is whether you can manually control the engine revs and shift up/down anytime you want. Ive heard kasi from the all new fort is parang iba ung manual mode nya.

I'm skeptical as to what some say about how manual mode for the new fortuner works.

if youre driving at 70 on 5th and drop it to 4th.. it should drop to 4th gear and rpm should increase.

the correct way imo is you depress the pedal more to increase speed it will select the right gear for you. this will prolong your transmission imo.

also for torque converters its faster to accelerate(from a stop) with the trans set on auto instead of manually changing gears. it will shift to 2nd gear at different rpms based on how heavy your foot is.

Noob din ako tungkol dito. But I was previously driving a manual tranny before I opted for A/T. The seq shift is not as the same feel with manual but the responsiveness is there especially if you are going to overtake. And it seems to consume less fuel on this setting.

Sa alabang may stock may dsply din manual na silver and a/t na pearl and white. Meron nga dun tga pangasinan tagal nanya wait sa province la mabigay nung monday nagpunta sa alabng binigyan ng yunit wait nlang or/cr para mailbas nya .

Hello po sa lahat. Ever since nagplano kmi para sa sasakyan namin, ang mu-x ang palaging nasa priority namin, in fact nung lumabas ang bagong images ng updated mu-x ay mas na excited ako. I have already set an appointment with the SA sa pag-uwi namin this June pero nabahala ako sa issue na mabilis "kalawangin" esp sa lumalabas sa FB these past few days. Hopefully this is again one isolated case as compared to your experiences

Agree. I also am curious about this kalawang issue spreading across fb. Most units are only a few months old hence may kalawang na. Others say some units were not rustproofed.
