Bare na bare ba yung entry level na manual?

I am intrigued with the pricing of the 4x4. Those who need 4x4 will be hardpressed to buy that 400k transmission box while still mated on the 2.5 VGS. The 4x2 has every features MU-X can offer i didnt check though if it has DRL.
Some things I have observed, the instrument gauges are so 90's. It is so plain in design like it came from a china brand car. The electroluminescent effect is good though. But the center info screen is not good. has low resolution and the backlight bleed so much like a centimeter on every side of the rectangle.
The rear compartment which will supposedly make the luggage floor flat with 3rd row seats down is optional dealer accessory.
Navigation is not yet configured. I saw a manual unit has also the touchscreen as standard.

Na-undercut yong Trailblzer na 4x2 AT. Their unit is more expensive though more powerful naman at 6 speed pa.
The interior plastic quality of MuX is better than TB. Tapos TB's interior is beige color pa. Dumihin overtime.
Pero the TB's intrument cluster looks better. Sa MuX, masyadong old school. Mas-maganda pa yong instrument cluster ng DMAX LS.
As for the rear compartment, since magka size sila ni TB, baka pwede ka na din kumuha non sa Chevy.
The benefits of shared platform :-)
Eyeing also the MuX 4x2 AT pero need to dispose muna yong SF ko.
With all the features of the 1.358m priced model, this i think will be the new pound for pound king in its class..
yes as others mentioned already, same lang lahat ng features ng 4x2 at 4x4 model, other than the drivetrain which would cost you 390k premium pa.. which is absurd considering same lang yung engine. ok sana kung yung 3.0 nakalagay sa top of the line..
===============
push to start siya, sa right side nakalagay, traction control sa left side yung button.
may video screen for rear passengers. yung navi/radio/bluetooth, para siyang tablet. swipe swipe ang pagpili and very responsive.

yung sa manual, same yung console niya sa dmax/trailblazer lt na 4x2, yung walang touchscreen. di ko masyado napansin yung ibang features coz we're really eyeing the top trims.
So you are paying 390k for the 4x4 only? Baka naman babawiin sa accessories?
Yes I also do that with my other cars. But for the 2014 Altis, it just bugs you with series of alarms inside and outside and notification on the screen to put your transmission to park. So you cant really use that if you are just parked and dont want to turn off the radio. So I guess it is not designed for that matter. It is designed the way a usual ignition key wherein you cant remove the key in neutral. For the keyless start, you cant leave and lock your car in neutral

My wife and I are planning to get our first car. We are from la union and we travel once or twice a week to dagupan and once a month to manila. Main features we are looking for an suv is reliability and safety. We are not very knowledgeable in how to properly maintain a car yet. We have our eyes on the trailblazer ltx, but when I came across this mux with all the bells and whistles included in the 4x2 at, I'm really torn between the two. We intend to buy a car on October. Any advice on costs of PMS of mux? Is Isuzu dagupan a good dealer? Is buying in cash advantageous or is it better to have liabilities in terms of BIR consideration?
Sulit tong MU-X na toh 1.358 M at lahat ng features andyan
magkano kaya downpayment 50% o trade in nalang kaya
Kung mahaba pila sa MuX, sana di sila gumaya sa Ford.
Puro D.I. at in house lang uunahin.
*diyowell: Wow, you are from La Union. Our province is also in La Union, sir.
PMS cost - It is not yet in the market so no one knows yet the actual PMS cost. But since its engine is almost identical to the 4JJ1 engine, it shouldn't cost much.
Buying cash is advantageous to the buyer since you will not pay for any interest. If you can, avoid those low DP and 5 years to pay coz by the time you have fully paid your vehicle, you have paid hundreds of thousands for interest already. For me, 1 year is long enough.
Take note that loan is not all that negative. It also depends if you will go via bank PO or in house financing. If you have a good relationship with your bank and they know your financial capacity, you can get approved right away. It is also better if it's bank PO since they give lower monthly rates. On the other hand, if you think you will have a hard time getting approved by your preferred bank, better go via in house financing since your chances of getting approved are higher. The negative side is the monthly rates are higher. That's why if you will avail of the in house financing, you will make your dealer happy thus you will be prioritized most of the time, so if you are in a hurry to get a unit, you can acquire faster as those who paid in cash. Iuuna ka nila sa pila.
We do have a good relationship with our bank, they were even communicating with the dealers for us. We both have the option paying it in full or in installment. It's only now that I found out that you'll be second class citizen if you want to get it in full.
