I think they will retain the 2.5 LS and LS-M 4X2 MT tapos 3.0 na sa a/t both 4X2 and 4X4. Napansin na medyo mahina ang 2.5 esp sa A/T kaya nilabas na 3.0. If manual kukunin ko okay na ang 2.5 pero kung a/t 3.0 will get my vote.

Yung 3.2 4m41 non VGT ko maswerte na maka 7 kpl dito sa city hahaha. Pero yung tito ko naka Dmax 4jj1 na non VGS a/t din HANGTIPID. Gusto ko nga paltan XTO kong m/t ng 2.5LS-M eh..

I had a chance to inspect my unit this morning, kasi maaga dumating sa dealership. We compare the engine noise with the available 2.5 and I may say that during idle it is same. Once you rev it, 3.0 has a blur sound compare to 2.5, parang ang lakas ng engine. I was able to check the odo reading 16km .

Isang dealer la na 2.5 LSA 2015 wait na nila 2016 model(ibalik pa kaya 2.5LSA) baka daw dec pa. Or marketing lang nila kc unit nila3.0 ng mabenta 😃 confirm ba na 3.0 is 2016 na.

Yup iba talaga ang power delivery ng fortuner. Mas raw and mas abrupt ang sipa ng turbo. Mas mababa pati ang torque delivery starting at an early 1400rpm. Pero sa 0 to 100 halos pareho lang with the fortuner having a slight advantage. In terms of engine smoothness, ride comfort, handling I give it to the Isuzu.
