Ayos lang, timely naman pero I feel medyo madumi yung service area nila pero my car was clean naman when released... Their lounge sucks but I don't mind since I always leave the car there and go to work and they text me when it is done so I can pick it up again.
Regarding naman sa sales, syempre Tucson IX yang sayo eh maskin anu naman dealer maarai ka ma-g*go for a high demand vehicle. Promise here and promise there. I bought my Santa Fe without any fuss kasi yung time binili ko sya it was readily available and got mine 2 days after my reservation fee... Another reason I don't buy high demand cars I wait it out...

Kaso ang catch e pag may claim for warranty.
Mga sirs, mas logical nga na distance based ang PMS; pero has anyone here made a successful warranty claim even if the PMS interval followed was the distance and not the 3 mos. period?

tidus: so nililinis naman pala nila yung car before i-release. Pati ba engine at interior?
Kasi yung Hyundai E. Rod wala ako masabi pag nilinis before release.

Engine wash, no unless you specify kasi may bayad ata yun if I remember... Interior, yes they clean it pati yung exterior all for free! Pati tires nilalagayn ng tire black!
I still go to Quezon Ave. kasi they use MOTUL CRDi Specific for their oil, dun sa E. Rod OWS but I have never heard of that brand...

OWS yung brand bro. Pati Hyundai Dasmarinas Cavite OWS din. Coz same owner. :um:
Until now ba Motul CRDi parin sila? pumunta ako doon para i refund yung reservation fee ko, sabi nila Kixx PAO RV na daw oil nila for CRDi.
Korean brand kasi ng oil

Pero maganda yang Kixx PAO RV. Lahat ng bumili nyan sa THP positive ang feedback. Synthetic oil din yan

June 10th, 2010 02:19 AM #18IMO, i would still prefer the distance traveled PMS than time interval simply because you will know the problem/troubles if there is any besetting your ride due to frequent use while in the time interval you wont encounter any hassles because your car is always at the garage (hindi naman siguro long storage)...unless factory defect parts that need to replaced kahit new delivery..
w/ regards to warranty claim, i dont recall being denied/rejected a claim for not following time interval PMS at least in my part...always distance traveled and same casa for my service.

June 10th, 2010 06:24 PM #20I had 2 warranty claims with out any hassles. My Santa Fe battery was changed before the 2 year period and a computer replacement because of malfunctioning door locks. I have been following PMS every 5000 km.
Warranty claims can be requested at any dealer any way. My experience at Q. Av. is very nice, I bought my car at a different dealer.
sa Liwliw laguna maganda e test talaga yan.. meron sudden hairpin as in 72degree pa taas... wawa...
