Do you guys notice on the driver side when door is locked, if you pull the latch it will unlock all doors?

Hi just to contribute my thoughts.

I have been driving 4x2 for 2 months now, and the most striking is feature is its handling. Not the pinpoint accuracy of race car handling but more of luxury comfort every day handling. The steering is light on slow speed and manageably tight on high speed. This is complimented with great suspension. Overall a luxury suv ride comparable to bmw and lexus.

My gripe is that it still needs more horsepower. I know it is unfair to compare to forester xt but I miss those quick sprint and rush of speed on long highways. May friend puts it best that sante fe is best suited as a family suv which you tend to drive comfortably and safely.

*1sth.. Nasaan na ang FXT mo? Well, iba talaga ang FXT you cannot compare it with the SF.. Pero iba ang handling ngayon ng bagong SF compared sa 2nd SF.. Besides, malakas na ang makina ng SF compared sa ibang SUV/CUV.

Agree, not comparable but malapit lapit narin. Iba pa rin ride ng BMW or Lexus. Kung X5 more than twice the price, hehe, kung X3 or Lexus RX350, mga 3.6M yun compared sa 2.2M ng TOTL ng SF3.

Yung sakin walang amoy, nagkakaroon lang pag naka-off yung recirculating button. Check your settings, baka naka-off yung recirculating air button mo.

Sa akin nagka amoy din smells like poultry feather. I bought an Aircon cleaner it has a disinfectant so it will smelled like OR cleaner for several days, pero now wala nang amoy. Smells brand spanking new. Baka din dahil sa ionizer..

Bakit ganon yung auto door lock feature when the driver side like is unlocked it unlocks everything, same din even if you unlock and simply use the latch while locked on the driver side it will unlock all doors.

In my unit, all four doors will unlock only when I press the door unlock button and when I turn off the engine. Opening the driver door using the latch does not unlock the other doors. Ask pitstop kung ganun talaga ang KDM, sa PHDM kasi unlocking the driver door will not unlock the others

i still have the forester xt. wifey loves to drive sante fe so she drives it most of the time.

of course bmw and lexus are " premium" luxury suv and overall carry a better package. what i mean having drive x1 and lexus, the feel of the ride of sante fe in terms of ease of handling and suspension are comparable.

naka closed naman lagi un recirculating air button ko kaya lang talagang may amoy pag on ko, d naman nagtatagal kaya lang sama talaga ng amoy.

Sorry I have to correct myself as this cleaner was mixed in my box of air cans it was bought years ago pala. I bought it from Nissan Q. Ave. along with my Nissan leather cleaner. It comes in two bottles a disinfectant and another to make the cabin smell good which also has disinfectant I guess. They are bought in pairs. It comes with this plastic hose about 2 to 3 feet and you insert that in the fan box and vents it will disperse a foam like cleaner-disinfectant wait for 15 to 30 minutes and you simply turn on the air conditioner and let run for 15 minutes. It will smell like disinfectant though for a couple of days. I wasn't able to use the other can, it was supposed to be used after the 15 minute run, but it was recommended to be used with a clean interior specifically a clean floor as apparently the are air intake ducts from the footwell. Using the second can If I remember correctly runs for the same, I remember it neutralizes the medicinal disinfectant smell. In my current case the disinfectant smell went off about a week of use, I kinda forget using the second can. The two bottles if I remember cost about 2k to 2.5k, the leather cleaner by Nissan I bought for 1.2k that I remember well kasi interior ng grandeur ko tan and I use it a lot.

*Titan, natanong mo na ba sa Pitstop yung auto door unlock concern mo? In my case, only the driver side will open if I use the latch.
