i have taken some shots of the new SF, i'll post them soon...
Definitely the Ford Explorer is better...size and looks pa lang..panalo na. Pitstop is cheaper than Hancars specs by specs (for Santa Fe).

i believe all variants now are SWB? how's the leg room of the 3rd row seats? baka di na pwede pang adult kasi the the lwb variant ang talagang pang 7 seater. pilit ata ang 7 seater sa SWB.

It's better to seat there in actual. it's hard to tell from pics if it's any good or not.

Just picked up our Santa Fe earlier and I am blown away. It is a real quiet and comfortable ride. Yes, Pitstop has better deals than Hancars spec per spec. If you guys plan on getting one I highly recommend looking for Carlrose, she our SA. Other than she is very accommodating, maalaga siya sa clients niya. She does give a great deal as well. Good job! I would also like to thank her boss Donald for also being accommodating and reasonable. . I was surprised earlier that they have tinted everything even my panoramic roof. I am very happy.

In my opinion mas sleek, aggressive yet sophisticated ang Santa Fe over the Ford Explorer. Just look at its lines even interior wise, man.. It really is nice. The dash kinda reminds me of Deadmau5.

are these the actual back seats on the local units? parang pilit lang talaga ginawang 7-seater. sa pics mukhang bolt-on lang yung third row seats.

Will post pics soon. It's a 2.2 all option. I would know if resale is good with the new one. It is our first Hyundai coming from all Japanese. It depends on how long you will be keeping and utilizing it. We have decided to keep most of our vehicles for 10 years with proper maintenance.

I probably would agree with you, but from the second generation we were able to fit adults at the jump seats, third row - My friend's Santa Fe. I would want to believe that it has increased probably in space. Then again it is rare for my family to utilize the third row, so for us they are really jump seats for short trips when needed.

Literally they are bolted on the frame. But technically they are not like aftermarket bolt on if that is what you meant. They a completely flushed when retracted and very neatly tucked. Probably the local units may exactly have the same ones. Other international models has the same third row on the SWB. The LWB may probably have some more extension but I am speculating it is more on headroom and rear cargo space when the third row are on its upright position. Let see if that is so when we do get a LWB here on our local shores. The third row seats are probably as svelte as the third row on the Town and Country.

There is SPAS, GPS but you will need to load Philippine map which they are figuring out. Mine has a 10-speaker system by Actune.

I drive a Subaru Forester, I lowered mine so I can't really compare to the current Santa Fe. If I compare it to my stock ride probably the Santa Fe is more comfortable.
